The owners of this luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo at The Pearl of Navarre have spared no expense! From elegant coastal decor' to a chef's dream kitchen you will experience the very best in this vacation rental property on beautiful Navarre Beach! They even provided beach chairs and beach towels.

This condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from its open floor plan. Ceiling to floor windows that follow the wrap-around balcony offer incredible views of the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters. Relax on the beautiful leather sofa and watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV or gather around the expansive kitchen table for a delicious seafood dinner or game of cards with the fam! The kitchen has been completely remodeled with top of the line appliances and a tranquil breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of joe.

The Gulf Front Master bedroom offers 1 King Bed with balcony access and a private en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and stand-alone shower. The first guest bedroom offers 2 Queens with a full bathroom in the hallway. The second guest bedroom offers 1 Queen and private full bath with mini fridge, sink and microwave. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. The owner of this beautiful condo also provides beach chairs, beach towels & a hair dryer.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Complimentary WiFi

Absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed. Smoking in designated area only at The Pearl of Navarre. Fines will be applicable if discovered.

Pleasant walk on the beach

Really enjoyed the property. Location was perfect for us, understanding it was out of season, very quiet for lazy days walking on the beach. One addition to the condo description might be worth updating: there are beach towels and beach chairs. I informed the management firm that the carpet was dirty. We would stay there again.

Beautiful Weather

The property was clean and very well decorated. We had 3 couples and it was very comfortable. In the main bathroom the toilet flusher hangs up and runs. Also, the vent is extremely loud when in use. We also had problems with the internet. It was not working Saturday evening and we were unable to watch our college team. With these minor fixes, I would stay again!

We recommend to eat at the Cactus Flower, Scooters, Slippery Mermaid and The Twist(for your sweet tooth).

Condo was very very nice. Would stay there again for sure. Just a few suggestions ….TV in the living room was to big for the area. It felt like you were in the front row of a theater. Almost gave you a headache. Wish we would have known about the closet full of “beach stuff” that was available to use. We could have saved a ton of room in our rental van had we known. Also, the tv in the bedroom with the 2 full beds would not work.

Can't stay enough good things. The check in process was easy and right across the street. Not only was this condo stunning but it was extremely clean and more than enough room for our family of 6. The owners attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, plenty of towels, a little play kitchen and table that our toddler absolutely loved, a great couch for movie night and so much more! The rental company even had us a nice little gift bag waiting in the kitchen for when we arrived. The beach was prefect and pool area were also really nice. We can't wait to come back! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!
