Perfect for family reunions, vacations, retreats, and special gatherings, our spacious home offers beautiful lake views, multiple gathering areas, and plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.

Our standard reservation accommodates up to 20 overnight guests, with optional additional space for up to 28 guests.

🛏️ BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
We know how important sleeping arrangements are when planning a large group getaway! Here’s a detailed breakdown of the Mansion’s layout so you know exactly what to expect.

MAIN FLOOR — 5 PRIVATE BEDROOM SUITES
All five private bedrooms are conveniently located on the main floor. Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom, making the Mansion especially comfortable for multiple families or couples traveling together.

* Bedroom 1 – Master Suite: King bed with private full bathroom.
* Bedroom 2 – Red Room: Queen bed with private full bathroom.
* Bedroom 3 – Blue Room: King bed with private full bathroom.
* Bedroom 4 – Orange Room: Queen bed with private full bathroom.
* Bedroom 5 – Yellow Room: King bed with private full bathroom.

The main floor also features our spacious chef’s kitchen, dining areas, comfortable living spaces, fireplaces, and beautiful views overlooking Lake Tainter.

With multiple gathering areas, there’s plenty of room to enjoy meals together, visit with family, or find a quiet place to unwind.

LOWER LEVEL — BUNK ROOM & GAME ROOM

The game room offers plenty of space for everyone to gather, play games, watch TV, or simply relax. It’s a favorite spot for both kids and adults! The bunk room is located just off the large lower-level game area.

The five main-floor suites, lower-level bunk room, and game room are all included with your standard reservation, accommodating up to 20 overnight guests.

🏡 OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL SPACE — UP TO 8 MORE GUESTS
Need a little more sleeping space or privacy for your group?

We offer an additional connected area on the lower level that can accommodate up to 8 more overnight guests.

This space includes:
* Bedroom 7: Queen bed
* Bedroom 8: Queen bed
* Additional living area: 2 futons for extra sleeping accommodations
* Bathroom: Access to the shared lower-level full bathroom

This additional space is located off the lower level and provides extra privacy and room to spread out for larger families and groups.

There is an additional charge to reserve this space, based on the length of your stay.

Not sure if you’ll need the extra bedrooms? No problem! You can choose to add them closer to your reservation or even at the last minute.

IMPORTANT: The entire Mansion is always reserved exclusively for your group! The additional bedrooms are never rented to anyone else. If you choose not to reserve them, that area simply remains locked and unoccupied.

🌊 LAKE TAINTER & WATERFRONT
Enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, and beautiful waterfront views!

Lake Tainter is approximately 1,605 acres. Seasonal algae blooms can occur, especially during late July and August, which may affect swimming conditions.

The shoreline near the dock has a softer, mucky bottom. There are stairs leading to the water, along with a drivable path for a small vehicle.

Optional Pontoon Rental:
* $200/day (2-day minimum)
* $1,200/week
* Guests are responsible for refueling.

🧺 WHAT WE PROVIDE
We provide bed linens, bath towels, laundry detergent, hand and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, basic spices, cookware, and kitchen essentials.

Please bring your favorite coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and personal toiletries.

💍 WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS
Small weddings and special gatherings may be considered with prior approval.

* Maximum 50 event guests
* Maximum 28 overnight guests with additional space
* $2,000 additional wedding/event fee
