Ormond Beach Breakers is a wonderful condo complex with pool and lovely courtyard. This area is quiet and relaxing with a short drive to Daytona if you want more action. It is about an hour from St Augustine if you want to capture Florida's history. This unit is on the top/3rd floor, center unit for the best ocean view, clean and fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach chairs, etc. Master has king bed and 1 twin bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen plus 2 twins daybed/trundle plus sleeper sofa in living room.
The complex has 2 elevators, along with 2 laundry rooms per floor.

Perfect Florida Gettaway

We loved this location. It was our base camp for exploring many parts of Florida while enjoying morning ocean front views and easy beach access on days we were at Ormond Beach. We love Ormond Beach! What a great condo complex! We are so grateful for this trip!

Relaxing Stay

The condo was everything advertised and more! This is a spacious unit with everything you need, and feels just like home except there's a great view of the ocean, a fantastic pool, and the ocean is only steps away. The owners were friendly, so easy to work with, and available for any questions we had which were very few. We would and will recommend this condo to our family and best friends!

It’s all about the view!

Fantastic condo with best view in the building. The ocean and glorious sunrises are right out the windows. Owners have the place fully stocked for your needs wether you like to cook, ride bikes, boogie board or chill on the beach. Plenty of restaurants , food store or dollar store within walking distance.

Another great stay

Everything was just as we remembered from our stay last summer. This is our third time staying at the property and it has been amazing every time! The communication with the owner is quick and very effective. They were having some issues with the pool our second day, and although I never contacted the owner, I was notified by them that they were aware of the problem and that it would be fixed that day. Amazing! A nice little piece of heaven for us with an uncrowded beach and plenty of places to eat nearby!

What a treat to stay in a beautiful condo across from the ocean. The condo was modern, clean and relaxing. The complex is for families looking to chill. Close to Daytona without the noise, crowds or hassles.

Very comfortable accommodations for the two of us. Kitchen was well equipped and the garage parking was nice. It was very easy to communicate with the host. Location was perfect for easy beach access on a quiet beach. Did lots of day trips to Daytona, Ponte Vedra, Ocala, St. Augustine and Orlando. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Really enjoyed touring the Casements and seeing a concert at the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center.

Very Nice Stay at the Beach!

My family and I just returned from a week stay at this beautiful condo. From arrival, through the entire stay, the owners were very easy to communicate with. Super simple check in and check out. The condo was very nice and clean. It is stocked with everything you need for the beach, including chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc. For rainy days/times (it is Florida after all), the condo is well stocked with movies and games for the kids or adults. As for location, we loved it! The beach was wide open every day. We preferred being outside of the craziness of Daytona Beach, but could get to the heart of it within 10-15 mins if we wanted to. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, solid stay with an amazing location.

Gary and Bridgette have made sure this condo has everything you need & want for a great vacation! We loved being able to have family game nights on the rainy days. The condo was very clean. The property grounds are well maintained and residents were very friendly. We loved their restaurant suggestions and agree The Turtle Shack has THE BEST burgers!! This property was perfect for our vacation in Florida! We had 5 people and it was plenty of enough room! We cooked in the kitchen some nights and went out some nights! Great location! Convenient to restaurants and stores and Daytona is just a few minutes away. Beautiful view of the beach and the balcony overlooks the pool area. Plenty of room for adults and kids. Our wonderful ocean front condo was a dream that became real (even if it was only temporary)

It was a wonderful experience owning a piece of paradise if only for one week. The condo was equipped with anything and everything you could possibly want or need. Bridget and Gary were wonderful, accommodating hosts. I am grateful that they shared their home with us. The neighborhood and the local residents were very friendly. Great Location For Bike Week

My party included a friend and me, it was supposed to my 2 sons and a friend. My sons weren't able to come due to work issues. Everything about the property was as stated and a very nice location. Although we didn't get to the beach much, it is a good situation to have. The available extras are very nice to have if needed. Overall an excellent vacation! We hope to return to this rental in the future.

We stayed during Christmas week and we loved how close restaurants, activities and parks for kids were located. Condo was spacious with lots of beds and lots of games for any mood! Pool is not heated :) we’ll definitely come back in warmer seasons!!!!
