I loved this condo, right directly across from the beach access, very little traffic, non-commercial area. The decor is perfect, nicely done colors and coordinated accessories, not sterile without personality as so many resort units can be. . Very homey and comfortable. We did have a problem with the cable service but Michelle was right on it. When we locked ourselves out she was there in ten minutes. This would be perfect for a family with two young children. It’s a bit quiet for teenagers I think. The king bed was very comfortable with soft linens. Nice pool, not huge.

Very clean condo. Perfect if you have little ones, the beach view from the balcony was so nice. The neighbors are all very sweet. Had a little trouble with the code checking in, but the host was quick to help. We grilled every night downstairs by the pool which was awesome. The beach is so close and there were pool noodles in the closet that the kids were able to play with, and the beach towels were a great addition. Ormond beach is a nice quiet town. There was WiFi available, but it was very slow and didn’t work well. So if you’re planning on going there to work I would bring a hotspot. We tried to use the oven but it wasn’t heating up, which was fine because we used the grill downstairs. We woke up the second day with pretty bad bites on our body and were all itchy. I’m not sure for certain what caused the bites, but it made the trip a little uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a peaceful and beautiful stay.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Ormond is a great little quite town with a wonderful beach easily accessible from the condo. As far as the bites go, being outside this time of year does lead to mosquito bites as well as No-see-um bugs which is probably what you had. They are like little mosquitos and are very prevalent this time of year in Florida. Nothing to do with my condo and bug spray is a good thing to have when traveling to florida.

Beautiful condo

My husband and I spent just over 6 weeks here. We have stayed in 2 other units in this complex in the past, but this is our favorite by far. The condo is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners were very quick to answer our questions and help with a few minor issues that we had.

Great location!

Property was just as described. It was clean, quiet, and well-stocked. We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the beautiful ocean view. Sunrises are spectacular. Only small issue is the door lock being finicky but was a great stay! Definitely would stay again.
