This cottage underwent an amazing renovation and has been configured to feature 5 bedrooms, and 4.5 baths so that it comfortably sleeps 12 guests. Artfully rebuilt by inspired new owners, this iconic family cottage harkens back to the early vision of Seaside with its fully screened front and rear porches with rocking chairs, ceiling fans and hanging swing, perfect for taking in an early morning steaming coffee or the late afternoon breezes.

"Biscuits", this Forest Street favorite, features original timber detailing, creamy white subway tile, with premium fixtures and accessories. The main floor highlight is a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The wrap-around kitchen features a central island with three bar stools and a separate dining area with a 22-foot ceiling and grand trestle table. Just beyond the kitchen is the large living area with a gas log fireplace, 55-inch curved screen Smart TV, slip-covered sofa, and cushioned window seat. Also on this floor, you will find a King primary bedroom with a private bath featuring indoor and outdoor showers and a second bedroom with two single beds and a private half bath. Completing the main floor is another full bath off the living area, also with indoor and outdoor showers, and a new laundry room with a soaking sink and built-in ironing facility.

An original architectural highlight of the cottage is the spiral timber staircase to the second floor. Overlooking the dining area from a balustrade bridge, the upstairs features three more bedrooms. The “Brides room” has a queen bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and it has a Juliette balcony that overlooks Forest Street, with a view of the Seaside Chapel just a block away. A second grand bedroom with a king-size bed and a bunk room configured to comfortably sleep four, along with a full bath with two basins, a separate tub, and a walk-in shower, complete the upstairs.

Care has been taken to select premium linens, timber blinds, furniture painted in beachy colors, and high-quality artwork from the owners' collection. The cottage features a total of five TVs, four DVD Blu-Ray players, Chromecast, and Wi-Fi throughout. An extra-large barbecue grill set beside an outdoor dining table and chairs, and two dedicated parking spaces for guest use. The cottage is located near the east side swimming pools (adult pool and children’s covered pool), tennis courts, fitness center, playground, shuffleboard, and basketball courts.
