This condo is furnished beautifully with beach style furnishings, comforters and decor. The kitchen has been fully renovated with new appliances, countertops, cabinets and backsplash. A brand new feature is the beverage center with additional space for adult beverages as well as family friendly drinks. The entire condo has a beautiful fresh coat of soothing light gray paint. There are TVs (5 total) in all rooms and comfortable deck furniture. Sleeping 11, it is perfect for families, golfers and couples. Two families or three or four couples without children will find this the ideal vacation rental.

Our ocean view is unmatched by any other Islander Resort Villa. Within 2-5 minutes you are on the wide, flat beach, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts or at the beach club with its oceanside pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tiki bar and outdoor restaurant. Also on the island are mini golf, Community Center with daily children's activities, children's park, a coastal museum, wave runner rentals, arcades, summer outdoor movies and concerts each week at the park, beach shops and several restaurants.

Rent a golf cart or bikes for your stay and cruise the island: shopping, arcades, mini golf, coastal museum, Community Center, Park, ice cream shoppe and restaurants are all within reach.

Within a short driving distance you will find over 30 premier golf courses, fishing, mainland restaurants, Wilmington and N. Myrtle Beach. After a day of fun, activities or just plain lounging, enjoy the amazing views from our 3rd story deck.

Our week vacation was great. Very clean and convenient location to the beach. Knowing that we didn’t have to worry about bringing bed linens, bath towels AND beach towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish soap and trash bags shows the owner is very thoughtful and cares about your stay!Very easy to communicate with owner for anything you need during stay!

Why they chose this property

We chose this condo over others available at the time of purchase because it has the best ocean view of all of the Islander Resort condos. It is on the 3rd floor so we can see the ocean, the causeway and the island from our windows and the deck. We chose Ocean Isle Beach because it is family friendly with just the right mix of action and quiet.

What makes this property unique

We love the short walk to the beach and the membership at the Islander Resort Beach Club with it's pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tiki bar/restaurant. It's truly a vacation when you have easy access to good food and cold drinks and you can go back and forth from the pool to the beach as many times as you like.

A very common comment we receive from renters is that the ocean view is more spectacular than they imagined it would be. The view, the cleanliness and the size of the condo keeps many coming back year after year.
