Step right onto the sand in seconds or swim in the large oceanfront pool.
Fully remodeled in 2026, this beautifully updated condo features all new furnishings and a fresh coastal feel throughout. The open living and dining area is bright, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with stylish coastal décor, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and comfortable leather seating. Relax with a flat-screen TV equipped with streaming apps, or step through the doors onto your private oceanfront deck to take in the views. A versatile daybed in the living area easily converts into a queen-size bed for added comfort and flexibility.
The spacious bedroom offers a king-size bed and a charming alcove with a loveseat, perfect for a small child or a quiet reading nook. The updated bathroom includes a sleek, tiled walk-in shower. Additional sleeping space is available in the hallway alcove, which features twin bunk beds.
As owners, we spent the past two years staying in a variety of rentals to truly understand what makes a place feel welcoming, comfortable, and effortless—and we’ve brought those details into every part of our condo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, plus an air fryer for easy meals. To make your beach days simple, we provide beach chairs, toys, and beach/pool towels. You’ll also find starter essentials like toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, and coffee to get you settled in right away.
We’ve done our best to think of everything so your stay feels seamless and stress-free. If there’s anything you need or something we may have missed, please don’t hesitate to let us know—we’re always happy to help make your stay even better.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please strip all used beds and put the used linens in the laundry basket. Please put all used towels inside the plastic laundry bin as well. If you used the daybed, please fold it back up.
Upon leaving, please leave your parking pass(s) in the wall bin by the front door. Failure to do so will result in a $100 charge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No house parties. No student group rentals. Always use common courtesy while on the pool deck. This is a very family oriented condo building.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The condo was updated and decorated impeccably! I loved the special extra touches like books and games for my son to enjoy! The condo is SUPER close to the beach access and pool! Jamie was the perfect host and we cannot wait to stay here again!

Where do I begin. Incredible, gorgeous, amazing, just perfection. This was our first time ever to OIB and we want to come back to this exact spot when we can find the time. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else but this small slice of heaven on earth. You cannot ask for anything more. All the stars in the sky is the rating for this little dream place. Spotless, fresh and what more can you ask for than to walk out of your place and instantly go into the sand to the beautiful ocean. There is a beautiful pool with an open sky, amazing views of the ocean, the sand, and the fishing pier. Lastly you will never find a better host than Jamie she is an absolute delight and goes above and beyond.We have never had a better host and I don't believe you ever will. In every aspect you can not go wrong on staying here & you won't want to leave.

This was a great place to stay for the perfect beach vacation. The proximity to the pool and beach was ideal and the condo itself was very clean and cozy. Jamie was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed. We found Ocean Isle very family friendly with lots to do. We will definitely be back!

We spent three nights at Seaclearly and were very pleased with our accommodations. It has recently been renovated and everything was so well done. Truly there was not one thing I would change in this condo. Even though we did not have kids traveling with us all I could think was how my granddaughters would love the bunk bed area. The parking was adequate and felt our new vehicle was fine in the lot. The property car tag was right inside the door on the wall. The coffee bar was was a nice touch. I enjoyed each morning drinking coffee on the outdoor sofa on the patio. The check our directions are in a frame on the wall by the door. It was very clear what is expected from renters prior to leaving. By reviewing going out the door helped remind us to return the car tag to prevent a 100 fine. Currently checking my calendar to see how soon we can return.

Excellent little one bedroom spot to get away for a couple of days. Pool is very kid friendly and very convenient to all the restaurants and entertainment. There is a bar at the end of the street that does live music outside but they finished up around 10 PM.

Our home base is in Huntersville, NC and after visiting most NC and SC beaches, OIB stole our hearts. We have family that lives there year round so we decided we needed a place of our own too. We are first time vacation rental hosts and are super excited to provide top notch stays and hopefully repeat guests year after year.

Why they chose this property

We picked this area of OIB as we find ourselves there the most. It is one of the best locations to easily walk to everything for both younger and older guests.

What makes this property unique

This place has a beautiful pool and it still makes you feel like you are on the beach as you can easily see the sand and waves while relaxing on the pool deck. So much better than a pool in the backyard!
