Completely new and updated condo and resort back after hurricane Ian and even better than ever. The condo, resort and island look awesome and are ready to welcome you back for another memorable Sanibel experience.

Sanibel Island Florida Direct Beach Front condo vacation rental located at the Sundial Resort. We are one of only 6 one bedroom Direct Beach Front condos at the Sundial Resort and one of only 56 one bedroom Beach Front condos on Sanibel Island. This allows us to provide one of the best values for a true Beach Front vacation rental on Sanibel. Our condo is one of the closest to the beach on Sanibel Island (just 20 feet) providing a spectacular view and soothing Gulf Front breeze from the 25 foot private balcony. We are on the second floor and have an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico making you feel you are right on the beach. Our condo offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress and Cable TV. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully-equipped kitchen including a full-size refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. There is also a washer and dry located in the condo for your convenience. Free High Speed Wireless Internet also provided.

This Condo was perfect. The host was very accommodating with plenty of information concerning the Condo requirements. Very clean spacious rooms. The kitchen was well supplied with everything I could need. Very comfortable King bed, sofa and recliner. The balcony overlooked the beach with beautiful sunrises. And yes, 20 or so feet away from the beach. Morning coffee was very pleasant. Shelling was great. I felt very safe in the area. This was a beautiful place for me to stay for my 2-week vacation. No complaints !

This is an amazing condo! Not only was it beautifully decorated, it was actually 20 steps from the beach! Beautiful 2nd floor view of the gulf! We couldn’t have rented a better place! Our host, Tom, was also amazing. The check in and out went smoothly as well. I’d definitely go back!

Quiet & Relaxing trip at the beach

My husband and I went for our anniverary and it's a great location. Very quiet and relaxing in that area. We walked to many restaurants and were in the ocean every day. They provided umbrella and chairs and beach towels and that was convenient. We loved the views! We hope to go back some day

If you are looking for the best property, look no further. This condo has everything you need, with the best view, most comfortable bed, great parking, and an at home feeling. Kitchen is well stocked, huge beach towels, beach umbrellas, lots of beach chairs to choose from, and a beach cart (this was our favorite. Made going to the beach so much easier!) Definitely will return in the future!!

Beautiful Spot!

Wonderful week. Upon entering it was obvious that this particular owner “gets it”, from the quality of the linen’s, pillows, kitchen appliances, shower etc…. all the way. Make sure you confirm that the HOA pools are open though as 50 a day just to swim in the Sundial Resort pool got old fast. All in all though highly recommend Mr Vandenberg’s place.

Sundial building A is the best!

Our family has stayed on Sanibel dozens of times. This will now be our go to Condo for 2. Sundial is a big resort, but building A is a fabulous location and was very quiet. The location/view towards the gulf is the best. The condo layout was great and very spacious for a 1 bedroom. There are several dining options right at the resort if you don’t want to cook or deal with evening island traffic.

Very clean and modern. Upscale furnishings. Best view and location at Sundial. Only problem we encountered was that the elevator was out of service for the entire week we were there. We are in our mid-seventies, and it was difficult to haul luggage and cooler up the stairs. Other than that it was A+++.

Get away vacation

Very nice, clean and quiet. Beach view was awesome. Sitting on the beach in 200 steps. Beach was quiet and mostly private. Not many people on the beach was nice too. We’ve been to quiet a few beach front condominiums all over Floridas gulf coast and this one was one of the nicest. I would definitely book this one again.

The perfect elopement!!!

We traveled to Sanibel for an elopement and found this condo on VRBO. We were so pleased with this unit!!!! Wonderful beachfront location with easy access to bike trails and steps away from a lovely pool. The unit was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The owner was available and very attentive to our needs which were few. I cannot say enough about this unit except we will definitely be back. It was the perfect get away for a relaxing week in beautiful Sanibel! The unit also had all the beach umbrellas, chairs, accessories for use while staying there. Thank you Tom for a wonderful week!

This was our first time on On Sanibel Island… And it was truly a beautiful place! The location of the condo could not have been better! We were very impressed with how clean the condo itself was and the grounds surrounding the condo complex. We had the most perfect weather all week! The sundial resort has everything you need. We really enjoyed the tiki bar and the restaurant was delightful! Sanibelt Island was so peaceful and relaxing and we can’t wait to come again! 206 is perfect!
