The appliances were horrible including the washer and dryer. The new Management company just took over so not their fault but also should have made sure everything worked accurately. We wasted over 100 in food trying to cook lunch for our family.

We had a Ball!!..the pool was a Hit for the kids..loved the layout so spacious.The only cons are the couches are in need of replacement especially the red one up stairs ..other than that we loved loved loved our stay

Something for everyone!

We stayed during a pretty big wind advisory weekend and were thankful for everything available in the cabin. The kids had a blast, the adults could relax and there was plenty of room to spread out and accommodate 2 families. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent cabin for a family with adult kids, toddlers and babies. Lots of stuff to do at the cabin if you run into a raining day. Beds sept great. Check in process was seamless. We cooked most meals at the cabin without issue. Would highly recommend.

The property was clean and exactly as described. We had an issue with our grill on the first day and they sent someone out on the weekend to get it fixed immediately. A great location not far from both Gatlinburg and pigeon forge.

The description was pretty accurate and close to town, we had a few maintenance issues while there which was fixed promptly. Home could use a deep clean but I wasn’t there to look at the clean, spending time with my boys was more important! Overall I would stay again

This home was beautiful and in a great location, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Our children enjoyed the pool, movie room, and games. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were nice and hot. The pool table was a lot of fun but there were some sides of the table that were loose. The couch in the movie room could also stand for a replacement because the plastic was peeling off, likely from the humidity of being so close to the pool room. But we did enjoy watching a movie in the theater with great sound. Some of the blinds didn't open correctly throughout the house as well. Overall, the house was great despite some of the little things that weren't perfect, but that did not heavily impact the enjoyment of our stay. We did feel like for the money we paid to stay in the home, everything should have been in tip top condition. All in all, we would recommend Eden Homes but will likely chose another cabin next time.

Family get away 2025

Communication was amazing until we actually got to the property and then we struggled with the directions to get in the basement…spoke to a gentleman that had me text him a screenshot of the keypad and advised he would call me right back, after several hours I texted back and stated to disregard we got it. Also, the stove did not heat up very well. And the basement was very musty smelling. Other than those several item it was a nice time away.
