Jasmine Cottage is hosted by a ​local family who live in the neighborhood and available to assure guests they will feel at home away from home. Traditional Thai post and beam new construction featuring contemporary interiors, a King-size bed (6 ft) and Queen-size bed (5Ft) with lots of pillows, tiled bath and full kitchen appliances with Quartz countertops make the Jasmine Cottage your Chiang "My Home."

While quietly removed just a few miles from the historic ancient walled city of Chiang Mai central, it is also very conveniently situated near the airport. Jasmine Cottage you can access to entire house and front yard with car parking available.

Our Welcome Brochure is available in an application providing complete information on points of interest and other helpful suggestions. GRAB ride share are inexpensive and provide excellent service throughout Chiang Mai. Our Cottage location can be found on the Grab app (Taxi services), and Google map.

A lovely place in the middle of a safe quiet neighborhood. House was spotless and fully equipped. Eddie always replied immediately to our questions. Great place.

Hi, my name is Eddie Promtan, and I live in South Florida. However, I grew up in Pa-Daet, Chiang Mai, Thailand, which is my hometown and where my family continues to reside there in our ancestral home along the banks of the Ping River.

I came to the U.S to continue my education at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Since recently graduating I have decided to pursue my career here in the US. However, In the meantime, with the help of my Mother and Dad, I have completed the design and construction of a new contemporary style home in our neighborhood for my use when I am in Chiang Mai. In anticipation of offering my residence on vacation home, I have specially designed it to share my global travel experiences into a beautiful, comfortable home for my guests.

I will be managing this beautiful home with all online communications from Stateside Mother and Dad will graciously host our guests with the traditional Thai smile when they arrive in Chiang Mai. The best of both worlds you might say

Who loves slow days for relaxing, private patio, enjoy the movie, music, love to cook and having BBQ outdoor in the evening, this is the place for you.

There is a tample nearby name Wat Pa-daet in walking distance, a walkway 200 metre along of Ping river through neighborhood
