Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: This 2-story condo is located in Watercolor less than a minute walk to the beach, shops, and the Watercolor BeachClub. On the first floor, the home offers a primary bedroom with a King bed, wall-mounted 55” Smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a screened-in porch with a porch swing. Enjoy the music on your smartphone with a wireless Sonos system. There is a large primary bath with double vanity, jetted tub, and a separate shower featuring new stone, tile, countertops, flooring and faucets.
