Robbie, We are very saddened to hear of your disappointment with your recent stay as we strive to provide the very best for our guests when booking with us at Benchmark Management. To start, we would like to address the issue with check-in. Our records show that you sent one text asking for an early check-in. We do not have any correspondence regarding allowing you to check in 2 hours early as that is not our policy here at Benchmark Management. If a property is ready before the 4 p.m. CST check-in, guests are notified via text, and the early check-in fee is paid to gain access to the unit. If you do not receive this text, the standard check-in time of 4 p.m. CST is when you are able to access the property. We did not receive any word of the property being below your desired standard, till we had to reach out to you regarding your vehicle not being parked in the assigned parking spot for this particular unit. Parking is managed by the HOA at the complex, and when we asked you to relocate your car to allow another guest to have access to their spot, you said you would not move your vehicle as the spot was too small. We sent one of our team members out to the property who confirmed the spot was large enough to fit your vehicle. After this discussion, you informed us of your further complaints about the property. We sent someone out to address your concerns and what you thought to be mold, was not. Safety is a top priority for us and had it been mold, you would have been relocated or refunded as needed. The other issues mentioned to us during your stay were dirty dishes and dirty/ rough towels. With your permission we had the dishes addressed and new towels provided. We did not, however, address the roaches or wasps mentioned in your review, as that was not brought to our attention during your trip. We can assure you and other future guests that we did our very best to provide you with a pleasant trip.
