Overall the place was good and great that it offers private garage parking and close to Broadway… Cleanliness was fine, but either the previous people didn’t do the greatest to clean up or the cleaning company doesn’t do well. The fridge/freezer, the toaster, the Keurig needed some tlc before use.

Nice quiet place to stay. The walk to Broadway street was not bad going there but we took an Uber back since we walked quite a bit for the day and it rained some. The neighborhood felt safe. Not too many restaurants nearby but we found the Pinewood Social Club which was a neat place. Overall would recommend to stay there if you like to be off the beaten path.
