This quarter acre urban retreat features a private, beautifully landscaped backyard and a large covered patio with plenty of backyard seating. The gardens offer a place to stroll, breath-taking seasonal flora, vegetable and herb gardens.

The open-concept living space is furnished with a comfortable sectional and modern decor, additional seating at the breakfast bar, and a 52" TV with surround sound to enjoy while preparing meals and hanging out. There is seating for up to 8 in the dining room with additional seating at the eat-in breakfast bar. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to prepare and serve your entire party, dishes and silver service for up to 20, all stainless steel appliances, Kitchen Aid mixer, blender and plenty of high end cook and serve ware.

The home features 5 luxuriously appointed bedrooms (3 kings and 2 queens) and 2 Queen sleeper-sofas and 3 twin roll-away cots. All of the beds have super comfortable, top-of-the-line bedding guaranteed to give you a good night's sleep. There are three bedrooms on the main floor (2 Kings and 1 queen) with two bathrooms (one is the master) and then two bedrooms in the basement (1 king and 1 queen) and one bathroom.

4. Library Room is a quiet retreat off the theater room with a comfortable Queen bed decorated in modern decor.

5/6. The "Mother-in-law" apartment provides a private fully-functional retreat with a separate King bedroom and a Queen sleeper-sofa in the living area. The apartment has its own outside entrance through a private courtyard. It features office space, a kitchenette with cook-top, mini-fridge, microwave and toaster oven, and the third bathroom.

The vintage 1950's pool table, poker table and cozy club seating make the party room the perfect place to hang out. Behind the full-service wet bar you will find an ice-maker, mini-fridge and everything you need to make and serve the perfect cocktail. This is the place where you can all be together at the end of the day or sports fans can hang out and watch the big game. A queen sleeper sofa make this another bedroom as well when the family is all together.

The Theater Room is situated on the lower level. Sit back and relax on reclining theater chairs and watch your favorite movie on the 102" screen with high-end projection and surround sound! You will find a large selection of movies to choose from our library, or a full line up of cable television.
