Gorgeous white sand BEACH on the Gulf is just steps across the street with designated Beach Access pedestrian walkway. Parking available right outside the condo's entry door!

Indian Shores has a relaxing beach less crowded than the surrounding beaches. Just south of Clearwater Beach and north of St. Pete Beach.

Enjoy our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully appointed OASIS!. Located RIGHT ON the intracoastal waterway and across the street from the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico!! 1st Floor and out the door to relax on the patio and watch the boats go by and catch a glimpse of the dolphins!!. Maybe catch a glimpse of Manatee!!

FREE WIFI, long distance calling , Flat Screen TV's beach chairs and beach towels, beach buggy, cooler, Beach umbrella and beach toys for the kids!
Also enjoy the sitting area in the Lanai, to catch up with a good book.
Kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home. 2 Coffee makers (one Keurig, and one drip is available), tea kettle, toaster, blender, pots/pans and all utensils and glassware are included. . also, Linens, towels, iron and ironing board, blow dryer.

Indian Shores/ Condo is located right on Gulf Blvd.

There is a Laundry room and is coin operated and is conveniently located across from the unit.

While not at the Beach, enjoy the heated pool that overlooks the intracoastal or just relax a waterside in a lounger! There are gas grills conveniently located on the property, also private fishing deck, and beautiful grounds, now also a Putting Green!
You will Love this waterfront condo!

This condo is located directly next to Salt Rock Grill, and Crabby Bill's, Caddy's, The Frog Pond, and The Wine Cellar are just down the road. Smugglers Cove Miniature Golf, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Tiki Gardens, and Town Square Nature Park are all within walking distance. The famous John's Pass Village is just six miles south of the condo.

Suncoast Trolley Stop is located RIGHT IN FRONT OF RESORT, and the trolley runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and to Pass-A-Grille Beach.

Truly enjoyed our stay and were able to walk to the very nearby restaurants and the beach. Coffee on the the patio on intercoastal, beautiful white fine sand beach just a 5 minute walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 2 weeks on our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. Condo is right on the intercoastal and only a short walk to the beaches. Perfect size for us two - great ambiance and feel to the place

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at this condo. The host was communicative and available. We’ve stayed ay this resort many times but this was our first time being directly on the water way. I absolutely loved sitting on the patio each morning soaking up the water and wildlife. We plan to stay here again during our next visit! I highly recommend this property!
