I converted my basement into a fully functional private apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer & dryer separate from the main house. Private entry. Full bath with heated floors + an extra half bath. Master bedroom with king bed and walk-in closet. Private separate entry. Ideal location midway between downtown Seattle and downtown Bellevue. I have a Jacuzzi that I will share with guests. Gas fireplace in the apartment. The sofa pulls out to sleep two additional guests. Use of the jacuzzi is included.

Outstanding Family Rental Mercer Island

My family of three (including dog and cat) had a fantastic stay at Tom's Mercer Island apartment. The unit itself is stocked full of everyday comforts from great laundry and soap to speedy wifi and streaming services to a kitchen fully stocked from condiments and pans to fresh great coffee included. The best part is owner host Tom and his family who are very welcoming and very helpful. Tom is a born host, and gives you all the privacy you want but is at the ready to help where needed. We lived in Tom's apartment for 8 days and it was far superior to a hotel, and very comfortable with a great location in the woods and a cool property. Thanks for the great stay, Tom!

I have been hosting for about 10 years. My basement was remodeled to guests' expectations. It is fully equipped for anything you need for a vacation or work retreat. My neighborhood is secluded with deer, owls and lots of trees.
