Villa on Côte d'Azur with Beachfront Views

Enjoy the riches of the Côte d'Azur in style and optimally. In this unique and stately Villa, right on the beach, with its beautiful park garden with spacious swimming pool, you can completely relax. From the south-facing terrace you will dream away with the view of the Mediterranean sea and the sound of the waves.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and fully equipped. During the renovation, a perfect balance has been found between comfort, taste, luxury and preservation of the original appearance. The void with a height of 1 m 80 will be on the low side for a few, but when you look at the comfortable bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) and furnishings, you are not inclined to stand for long. All the more so since you have a view of the Mediterranean from your bed.

There is a gated, secured parking for those arriving by car. Although there are of course numerous fantastic day trips to make, a car is not really necessary here as almost all facilities are within walking distance. Via the station you have quick access to Nice, Cannes and even Monaco.

Zunächst möchte ich sagen, dass die Koordination und der Empfang von Gabrielle perfekt arrangiert wurden. Der Rosé war kalt, alles sah toll aus und wir wurden ausreichend erklärt. Sie war während unseres Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar. Außerdem war die Wohnung perfekt für uns zwei. Mehr als genug Platz und mit allem Komfort / Luxus. Perfekt. Auch die Nutzung des Gemeinschaftspools war für uns ideal. Oft waren wir die einzigen zwei Anwesenden. Aufgrund der Hitze sorgte die Klimaanlage für die nötige Abkühlung (war unbedingt nötig). Außerdem war die Aussicht von unserem Balkon wunderschön.Außerdem ist alles, was Sie brauchen, zu Fuß erreichbar. Morgens zum Bäcker spazieren gehen und im "Nachbarschaftssupermarkt" Obst holen und abends im Umkreis von 5 Gehminuten mehrere Restaurants, wo man es essen kann.Außerdem besuchten wir Nizza, Cannes und St. Tropez. Wir haben, und das ist ein Muss, die Reise nach Monaco mit dem Zug. Angesichts des starken Verkehrs dort würde ich sagen "das Auto stehen lassen". Kurz gesagt, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, in dem die Unterkunft ein sehr großes Plus ist. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.
