Villa Monoi is a four-bedroom luxury villa located steps from the beach inside an exclusive and private gated community between Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta.
The town is only a short walk away, as well as the Langosta Beach Club. This villa includes membership to the club.

This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom luxury villa comfortably accommodates one or two families or a group of friends in a unique and private location.
It takes about one minute to walk down to the beach through the private beach access to Playa Tamarindo or Playa Langosta. The town is a short 3-minute drive, or short 10 minute walk.
Villa Monoi features three primary bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, ensuite bathrooms, and swimming pool/garden views, as well as one kids' bedroom with double bunk beds. The spacious living areas can be opened entirely towards the swimming pool and garden. The inside living area includes one big fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting louge area with smart TV and the dining area consists of a 10-foot-long dining table that will comfortably seat 10 people.
