*** Please note that we want all of our guests to enjoy their stay at Villa Solana. This home is located in a private, gated community with mainly full-time residents and families. There is a VERY STRICT no-noise policy outside between 10p-6a. This is not the house to host a party or event. This home is great for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.***

VILLA SOLANA DESIGN
Villa Solana is a 5-bedroom luxury home that accommodates up to 15 guests.
Our layout is spread over 2 floors and allows multiple families to all have space and privacy within one home. The distribution is as such,

- Master bedroom, 1x King (upstairs)
- Second bedroom, 1x Queen (upstairs)
- Third bedroom, 3 Single beds, and a trundle twin bed (2 twins together making a full/queen size bed) (upstairs)
- Fourth bedroom, 2 twins together making a king-size (downstairs)
-Fifth bedroom (Detached bedroom), 1 King Bed, 1 Queen bed bunk, and an Office desk.

Our property is designed for relaxed family vacations. We hope that the love and attention to detail that our owners have put into this property make the perfect setting for that family looking to relax and enjoy their vacation by the beach in Costa Rica

BEACH CLUB

Beach Club has an annual closing in October every year.

Hacienda Pinilla is home to the J W Marriott hotel, as a guest of Villa Solana you have access to the numerous restaurants on offer.
You can also purchase a day pass for use of the JW pool and amenities.

Explore the 4500-acre ranch that is Hacienda Pinilla. Guided horseback tours are available at any time, the tours can be customized to fit your group from 30 mins to 2 hrs the ride takes you through the forest and then along the secluded beaches and river mouths all here within the ranch.

MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS
There are both Amateur and pro trails
The pro trails are 30kms running all throughout the ranch
The amateur trails are 15kms
These trails are also great for hiking and exploring the 4500 acres.

SURFING
Hacienda Pinilla has to be one of the best locations in Costa Rica to base your surf trip. With 6 waves just on Playa Avellanas and private access to the beach breaks of playa Langosta you don't even need to leave the ranch, but if you looking to explore the area, the famous Playa Negra reef breaks are just 10 minutes south and the river mouth and beach breaks of Tamarindo just 10 minutes to the north.
This home is located 100 meters from a private beach in Hacienda Pinilla. Walking distance to Playa Mansita at JW Marriot.
