Second floor unit in the COVETED 500 BUILDING. Easy in and out -- right next to the bridge for a quick (5 min) walk or complimentary tram ride to the beach, main resort, and lagoon pool with complete food and bar service.

There are several pools on the Golf Villas side as well, and this building is located ~25 steps away from one.

Complimentary tram service runs resort-wide taking you wherever you want to go on resort property!

You will love relaxing on the oversized covered balcony that leads to the living room & master suite!

Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, view of the golf course and sliding glass doors to the condo's spacious private balcony, its own private bath with dressing room and walk-in closet. Relax and curl up and enjoy the new 44 inch HDTV.
Guest bedroom has two full beds, a full bath, and a new 44 inch HDTV.
Living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, comfy chairs and a new 50’ HDTV.
No need to overpack; we have an in-unit washer and dryer so you can save room in your suitcase for souvenirs.

We provide a STARTER PACK supplies, (trashbag, TP, soap, etc.) just to get you through the first night, NOT for your entire stay.

Edgewater Beach Resort requires ** Each Reservation to pay a $50 mandatory Resort Fee.**

Registration link will be provided via VRBO message prior to check-in. There, you can pay the one-time $50 Resort Fee, which includes 1 parking pass, entry to the resort and use of basic amenities. This fee is not included in your VRBO reservation.

Fees are only paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests, and even if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property.

Optional Registration add-ons:
2nd resort access vehicle pass: $30
3rd resort access vehicle pass: $50
Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each
RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.

We hate this new cost and hope guests understand this is not a money grab by the resort, but an unfortunate necessity to keep our gates open with how many insurance companies are leaving the panhandle and driving up prices.---------------

The Infamous Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure. There are four heated hot tubs around the pool and Gulf-side. Each tower has its own private pool and hot tub, there are a total of 11 pools on the property (ten of which are heated seasonally), a children's splash area, four hot tubs, as well as a fitness center and training studio. This 110-acre resort also has on-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grille beachfront restaurant that also offers poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream.
