If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 3rd day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

Upper Floor, Completely Renovated 2 Bed/2 Bath With Beautiful Ocean Views!!

Completely renovated as of September 2017! Wailea Elua 908 is a gorgeous upper floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located in the oceanfront section of Wailea Elua. Our spacious condo overlooks the landscaped greenway and has beautiful ocean views from the living area and the lanai. We are only steps to the Ulua Beach and main beach pavilion (1 min walk) which includes a beachfront pool, BBQs, kitchen and gym.

Both bedrooms have king size beds, TVs and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the amenities of home. The living area has vaulted ceilings, a queen size sofa-bed, large flat-screen TV, central A/C and Wifi. The lanai wraps around the entire unit and is accessible from the living area and both bedrooms. The lanai has a dining table, lounge chairs and a gas BBQ.

Wailea Elua is a gated resort community that is very accessible to the heart of Wailea Resort with sidewalks on both the ocean front and street sides of the property. Elua is located directly on the world famous Wailea beach walk with easy access to the Shops at Wailea, fine dining and all Wailea Resort hotels.

Wailea Elua is a gated, air-conditioned rental property that includes:

This is not an ocean view room as stated!

The room was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. They provided clean towels and the condo was completely stocked with all kitchen item you would need. The downside is the listing states it’s an ocean view which it is NOT!!! You have a tiny sliver which you can see if you go out on your deck and lean over. From the bedrooms and side deck you are looking at the back of another building not the ocean. I called before I booked the room to make sure it was an ocean view and I was informed “yes it has amazing views of the ocean” which was not the case. When we arrived I called management and was informed they would use us as a teaching moment for their staff who answers the phones. I was also informed I would receive a call from the manager on staff the next day which never happened. The listing is misleading and needs to be updated. This is a very partial view not an ocean view!!!!!!

Nice property, good location, unfortunately during our stay there was the drone of drills, doing maintenance in next door unit, for at least two of the 6 days we were there. Otherwise loved it.
