No better location in Sun Valley! Snowcreek is next door to Dollar Mountain and Carol’s Lodge, and just a short walk along Dollar Road to the main Sun Valley Lodge, shops, restaurants, ice rink, bowling, spa and entertainment. Free Kart bus leaves from Carol's every 20 minutes for Baldy during ski season. The regional bike path runs along the edge of this property. Walk or ride to Ketchum for coffee or ride some of the 48 miles of trail.
Snowcreek 1523 is a cozy, remodeled second floor flat, with vaulted ceilings, skylights, hardwood and carpeted floors, designer furnished mountain lodge décor, fireplace, large deck, and views of Baldy, Dollar and the Resort area. The expansive deck makes for wonderful summertime entertainment, as you watch the sun set over the mountains. Located away from Dollar, so you won’t hear the snowcats grooming at night.
Walk in, sink back and relax. King and Queen (double-bunk) bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, are located either side of hallway, which opens into an inviting, inclusive living room with river rock, gas fireplace, entertainment center, dining area, and fully furnished kitchen. Step out the living room slider to the deck; smell the clean air and hear the rustle of the pines and aspens. Loft, with another Queen bed, is above the kitchen, accessible by nicely inclined stairs, with a play area for children or reading area for adults.
Be our guest and enjoy our second home, just as we do when we are there in residence. Enjoy full access to Snowcreek's luxury clubhouse, featuring an outdoor pool (mid-June to md-September), hot tub, and inviting communal spaces to relax, and BBQ.
In the summer, Snowcreek has the only on-property pool and hot tub in this area; just steps away across the drive to the clubhouse and you're there! Bike, roller blade, or just walk the adjacent trail, hit the links, throw a fly, or anything else that strikes your fancy; you can even take a bike up the lift and ride down the mountain! Don’t miss the the 'Big Hitch' during Labor Day’s wagon parade, the Summer Symphony and October Jazz Festival, both with world-renown players, and while you’re in town, Sun Valley's fabulous restaurant scene.
For skiers, it’s only a few minutes to the big mountain, and the free bus will be there when you are ready to return, no parking and no walking hassles. If you have children or beginners just learning, you can walk them across the parking lot to the best ski school in North America, where they will be taken care of professionally for the day. Catch the bus to make your own runs down the 3,400 vertical feet of alpine terrain on Baldy, then come back and make a couple runs with them on Dollar, before walking home together.
If you’re adventuresome, arrange for cat- or heli-skiing. On other days, take a skate at the Lodge rink, use the many miles of groomed cross-country trails, or walk over to Penny Hill for traditional sledding and tubing (there are two sleds for your use). Later take a horse drawn sleigh ride to Trail Creek Cabin for dinner. Top attractions near Snowcreek include Dollar Mountain Lodge on your doorstep, Ketchum Main Street (1.6 miles), Sun Valley Visitor Center and Starbucks (1.5 miles), Sun Valley Lodge & Village (0.9 miles), River Run Ski Lifts (2.7 miles), Warm Springs Ski Lifts (3.6 miles), Sun Valley Golf Course on Trail Creek (1.8 miles), Sawtooth Recreation Area HQ (8.2 miles), Galena Lodge (23.8 miles), fishing at Silver Creek Preserve (33.3 miles), stargazing at Central Idaho Dark Sky Reserve (44.4 miles), and rating or snowmobiling at Stanley Idaho (61.8 miles).

Dale and Nancy were so kind and welcoming. The unit was even better than expected- very spacious & clean. Excellent communication and the property is located in such an easily accessible part of town.
Such a nice property - well-maintained and very comfortable for our family to spend time in. We loved having access to the community pool / hot tub. Convenient to all of Sun Valley, highly recommend!

Beautiful area with some great restaurants and shops. Our condo was lovely, comfy, and cozy!
A beautiful home that offered a restful atmosphere. It was well equipped with tv’s, kitchen appliances, and roomy bedrooms. Well decorated and comfortable!
We love this SV condo. The location is so great. It is always so clean. It has a great view of Baldy and you can walk or ride to anywhere. The owners are easy to work with. And you can catch lots of trout nearby on trail creek!
We had a wonderful month stay here and would recommend this property without exception. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond and help. The condo is wonderfully appointed with all you need for a great family stay including toddler apparatus! Book with confidence as this is a good as it looks online!

We had a wonderful visit to Sun Valley after moving from there in 2005. The condo was immaculate and very well appointed. Our stay was very comfortable. There were many helpful directions posted to answer any questions one might have.
Overall the place was clean but very dated! Kitchen counters maybe 40+yrs old? But great inventory to cook, prepare meals with. Also the barbecue had not been cleaned at all which, being summer, surprised us as we used it three times. Otherwise no surprises and we enjoyed our stay.

Regarding the counters, they are a beautiful leather finished granite that was replaced a few years back. I’m guessing you mean the cabinets, they are original and we have not seen the need to replace, just repaint😊

Great SV Condo
We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and had an awesome time. When we arrived the condo was in immaculate condition. You can tell this condo is well maintained and nicely decorated. The condo had everything we needed and even included two bikes which our daughters used. The owners were very easy to work with and accommodating. Check in and out was easy. The proximity to the Sun Valley Village is great. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and close to the condo. If you like to fish, you can walk down to the river below the lake and catch some nice trout. My son and I caught 11 trout in about 3 hours. We loved our stay and can't wait until we can get back again.

Not a good stay in the summer.
The kitchen / living room area of this condo are attractive. Apart from that, we did not enjoy our stay and would not book this property again.
Our summer stay was HOT and uncomfortable.. There is no AC. There are a couple of fans, but the big black one is broken and needs to be replaced. There are very few windows to open and only ONE window actually has a screen to keep out insects. Since you're on the ground floor, if you keep windows open you don't feel as though you have much privacy or security from intruders.
The front patio had NO lawn chairs/ furniture to sit on. Therefore, we were unable to enjoy our view of the Burger King directly across the street. The rear bedroom window looks out on a brick wall. The blinds in the bedroom are crappy and we found it impossible to get then shut all the way. There's an ugly little "courtyard" back there, which is more like a 8 x 8 square alley.
Many of the interior walls consist of painted cement blocks, which resembles common construction in old schools and churches. It's ugly and not "homey."
In addition, the closets were not orderly. Towels and sheets and other items appeared to be shoved there haphazardly, rather than being stacked neatly.
Our covered parking spot was so tiny that we found it useless. If you've got a small car, you'd probably be okay.
The location is okay. It was a long walk (2 miles?) to the historic strip of Park City. There is a Starbucks and a shopping center/ grocery store across the street. The grounds and the pool are pretty nice.
Overall, we were mostly miserable here during our summer visit because we couldn't get any airflow (lack of windows) and we couldn't sit outside where it was 15 degrees cooler (no patio furniture.) The thermometer inside the apartment consistently read 80 degrees the whole time we were there and it didn't really cool off at night.
Maybe if you're here to ski in the winter, this would work better for you.

We are an upper level condo with beautiful lodge quality deck furniture and large sun umbrella. All windows have screens and are in good condition, there is no air conditioning and it can be hot in the summer. I will check our fans at the next opportunity. The wall construction is lovely rustic wood, not cement block (as you can see in the photos). The location is excellent, near the Sun Valley Lodge, walking distance 1/4 mile, NOT as the reviewer noted, a 2 mile walk to the "historic strip of Park City". The view is of Baldy Mountain and the property adjoins the world class Dollar Mountain Ski Area/Lodge, NOT "Burger King". I doubt that there is a Burger King within a 100 mile radius!?? It's unfortunate that this renter had a disappointing vacation, the majority of this review seems to be directed at another property/area. Feel free to call the owners if you have any questions, we are happy to assist and want your stay to be a good one:)
Perfect all around - great location, spacious, fun decor, clean
Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our two-week vacation. All areas of the condo are so thoughtfully laid out that we often commented that we could have accommodated a whole other family. The pool and clubhouse are such a nice addition (we used daily), and the location couldn't be better (we would often bike or walk to the lodge). We were SO excited to see that the condo came with two adult bikes (and helmets!) and we happily made use of them. There were toys and books for the children which kept them happy along with a pack n play and a booster seat! We're planning on going back and, when we do, we'll definitely stay here.
PROs: Very clean, spacious, well-appointed and stocked with basics, with close proximity to Dollar Mtn and other family in condos at same development.
CONs: Owner demanded additional money to cover them deciding to increase fees on January 1, 2022 - even tho we had a contract with deposit a year in advance for Dec27 to Jan 3. So for 2 nights we were told to pay the difference or we were invited to cancel the contract. I’m not sure how legal this is and if VRBO supports bait-n-switch business policies? Also, all our families had “Recreational Passes” to the different recreational facilities. The passes for this particular condo are not available, as the owners do not pay the yearly dues.
That said, we have fun anywhere we go and this was no exception. Just BUYER BEWARE and don’t be surprised if you are hit up for more money at the last minute.

Ann, thanks for your Pros and Cons; we appreciate the constructive feedback. This was the first time we recieved a reservation a year in advance (7 nights beginning in 2021, with 2 nights in 2022), and we learned that in the VRBO system we needed to get the next year's pricing in the system much earlier. We responded with the pricing update within16 hours of the initial request, before it was accepted and before the deposit was paid. We put a process in place to add pricing for two years immediately following your reservation, so that this would not be a future problem for others.
Sun Valley does offer a resort pass for use of their pools. As Snowcreek has its own clubhouse, pool and hot tub, we find that our guests are generally not interested in going to the Lodge for these activities, so we do not add this fairly substantial cost into the rental cost for our Condo.

We enjoyed the homey feel of this beautiful property. It was clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. An easy bike ride to downtown shops and restaurants. Parking was easy and close to the unit. The hosts provided easy check in / check out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was great! Had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. Pool was across the street and was super convenient. Pool house was closed for some renovation but other than, it was great for our family.
This scow creek condo was amazing! It is well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is awesome, within walking distance of Dollar Mountain, sun Valley and even Ketchum if you want to get some extra miles in. We would definitely stay here again!
It was clean, well appointed and worked very well for the two of us. It would have been snug/“close” for four adults. Two adults and two young children could work. Great location. The deck was smaller than we imagined, Tho worked well for the two of us. We thought the view was to be of Baldy, or more vast than it was — it was basically close trees and the back patios of two/three other condos in rather close range. If you do not plan on spending time on your balcony, no problem. Place was we’ll appointed with dish ware, accoutrements, etc. could use new linens on the king master bed. Quiet, good Amazon “Alexa” music speaker, large TV, nice gas fire place.
We had a wonderful stay in Snow Creek. The condo was very clean, extremely well organized and had everything we needed!
