The Perfect Sun Valley Vacation Home

This wonderful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house is the perfect place to relax in and from which to base all of your Sun Valley adventures. The incredible views and central location cannot be overstated!

Warm up next to the rock fireplace and look out of the floor to ceiling windows surrounding it to watch skiers on Bald and Dollar Mountains. The kitchen and laundry areas have brand new appliances and were recently renovated. The kitchen and main area floors are in the winter! The kitchen is complete and equipped with cookware, dishware, utensils and basic supplies. Linens are provided (bedding and towels). There is a clothes washer and dryer at the home..

The first master bedroom has a king bed and a new shower in the bathroom. A second room contains two twin beds and a third has one twin and one queen bed. With a separate entrance downstairs, there is a one bedroom apartment with a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower and kitchenette.

An additional common bathroom contains a tub/shower combination.

The private hot tub sits just steps outside the back door and looks upon Bald Mountain and up to the amazing central Idaho skies. High-speed wireless internet access is available at the house - just bring your laptop or other devices.

Sun Valley Lodge amenity access is included with house rental. We are currently able to provide up to 5 (transferrable) Sun Valley Resort Recreation passes for the duration of your stay. These passes permit groups of 5 guests (at a time) to use the Sun Valley Inn heated pool and the Olympic and lap pools (in summer). The passes also provide other discounts on Lodge activities (golfing at Lodge hotel rates, and a 15% discount on SV Tennis and Pickleball court fees, Gun Club package and one hour trail rides at the SV Stables).

PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: There is 'bed space' for nine people and a maximum occupancy of nine guests in the home. Thank you for your understanding.

Concierge services are available with prior notice - just let us know your needs prior to your arrival. We can arrange for food delivery, mid-stay cleaning, babysitting services, airport pickup, or just about anything else you might need.
