Wonderful Property and people!!

This place was amazing! The house is so unique, it’s definitely one of a kind! The staff were so helpful and friendly all the time, but never pushy. Just around if you need them. I would definitely recommend Swan Villas to anyone. We can’t wait to go back!

Couldn't Have Chosen a Better Place to Stay!

We had a magical stay at Swan Villas. This unique property provided us with the experience we were lookign for in Belize. The property was clean, quiet, and Miriam was very responsive and super helpful! One of our favorite places to hang was the salt water pool; quite lovey with a nice view of the lagoon. If you're looking for a comforable and unique place to stay, Swan Villas is the place.

Unique place

Very fun and unique place, the location was nice and quiet and relaxing. Only issue I had was the hot water for showers was not working and the indoor hot tub is not heated. Other then that, we had a great stay.

20th Anniversary

We found this place to be so unique and loved all of it. It was spacious. The rainforest shower was gorgeous. It had everything one could possibly need for a 6 night stay. We had a golf cart so we were able to explore the area all the way down to Placencia pier district. It was nice to vome home to a private pool and relax and watch the sun set over the lagoon. The balcony was relaxing and i even got some photos of the full moon. Highly recommend and would stay again.

One of a Kind

This was a really unique villa, great architecture and beautiful pool. Would of liked television upstairs but overall very good. Location is away from town and was nice and quiet. Our concierge Vero and her team were amazing in helping us plan excursions with the best value as well as give advice for the trip overall. We appreciate her help, wealth of knowledge and availability at short notices as well.

Living inside the fishtank

Not functional. Stairs too narrow and slippery. Bathroom downstairs no sink to wash hands. Gecko's in bathroom, bedroom, in the plant containers. Staff was nice and helpful.

Fantastic!

Fantastic stay! We were in the dolphin house for 3 nights. Everything was excellent. The home is funky yet functional and very spacious. The spaces were open, but well defined. The hot tub was so welcome, especially since it was a little cooler when we arrived. I would recommend starting it 2-4 hours before you want to use it, but it will get nice and toasty. We enjoyed watching bollywood soaps while soaking since the tv is in view of the tub. The round bed was very comfortable (for two average sized adults), which was a relief since i’d never slept on a round bed before. The outside space was beautiful as well. Very quiet despite being close to the highway. There are bikes for rent, which is nice since it’s a bit outside of the town proper. The cabs are also plentiful and convenient. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this architectural wonder. That was the appeal at the beginning and we were not disappointed. The host was wonderful. I would have given it five stars were it not for the following. The property is described as a "beachfront retreat." That is false. There is no publicly accessible beach anywhere near the property. To access the beach one has to be a paying customer at one of the restaurants 1.5 kilometers away, or drive down to Placentia 16 kilometers away. The beach pictures on the listing are not taken at the property. Also, the outside pictures show a unit other than the one you are renting. I include an exterior shot of the Dolphin Villa.Some have described the atmosphere as peaceful. That is true at night and on Sundays. But weekdays it is very noisy as it is right on the highway, and the vegetation is insufficient to buffer the noise. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub but one has to plan ahead. It takes 4 to 5 hours to sufficiently heat up the water. 2 hours only gets it lukewarm.

I loved the quirky architecture and the salt water infinity pool was not only nice to cool off in but had an amazing view. Since the property is set back and surrounded by trees and shrubs it was extremely secluded. I had a great, relaxing week!

The villas are totally unique and well laird out. We were only there one night this time, but, we will be back for a longer stay un a few weeks. Miriam, the manager, could not possibly been more helpful. Her suggestions for our next stay were perfect. Thanks again Miriam!

Cool Cave

The place was so eclectic and cool!! Close to eateries and I love having the bikes to ride. One down fall, cold water in the shower and jacuzzi. With that being said… I would still stay here again!

my wife and I love the place, very nice, very clean, the only bad thing is that you do not provide water to drink, as in my case I arrived at 8pm everything was closed and we drank water until the other day and we could not give water to our baby boy

This place was exceptional. We stayed in the Dolphin and it was one of the best places we have been to so far. The layout of the room along with the hot tub was perfect. Only thing I would recommend is for there to be blackout curtains that covers the whole window because when the sun rises, it gets too bright in the room. Other than that, I loved this place. Not to forget, the pool was awesome!

Best hotel ever!

This room is 10/10 beautiful and cozy. The pool could be deeper but for just relaxing it's perfect. The only issue in the room are the stones on the shower very hard to stand on to take a proper shower, maybe replacing them with one whole stone would be better? Aside from that the hot tub and room were outstanding. Will stay here again!
