Paradise Found! Beautiful Private Villa On The Sea in the Village of Placencia!

This GOLD STANDARD elegant, private, serene, and truly beautiful villa is set in a gorgeous tropical garden complete with a large waterfall pool, palapa dock, rooftop deck, outdoor entertainment area all right on the Caribbean Sea. This private, walled estate offers complete security, luxury, and privacy. Yet it is but a short walk (5-8 minutes only) to the centre of Placencia Village with its many artisan shops, fantastic local and international restaurants and fun beach bars. As we offer courtesy pick up service to and from the airport, all day excursion guides offer free pick up for guests staying at the villa, the majority of our guests chose not to rent a vehicle during their stay. A considerable cost saving!

The interior space is the lower level of the Villa and is approximately 2,000 square feet offering beautiful decor and every comfort of home. There are two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and two large bathrooms. One has a beautiful outdoor shower complete with its own small private garden as well as large walk-in indoor shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas range, a large refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser, blender, microwave oven, dishwasher and all other equipment necessary to produce a gourmet meal which can be enjoyed in the dining area which seats six. The lounge area is complete with all you need to enjoy a relaxing evening watching television (flat screen) or listening to music. The entire area is tastefully decorated with local art and crafts and is very well maintained. Of course it has central air conditioning, free wi-fi (Skype quality) and cable television for your comfort and enjoyment.

The garden and pool area is truly beautiful! There are many paths to explore to discover its lush foliage, bountiful flowers, including many orchids, numerous types of palms and flowering shrubs, climbing vines and even fruit trees. When swimming in the large salt water pool, gazing at the sea, the large palms or the hundreds of flowers which surround it, one feels as though they are truly in the Garden of Eden! There are several cushioned lounges, chairs, even a hammock in the pool area where you can choose to rest in either the sun or the shade.

Near the pool area is also a new entertainment area complete with an outdoor kitchen. Beautiful custom made picnic table and wet bar complete with refrigerator and Caribbean style gas/wood/briquet BBQ with a smoker to prepare and enjoy those more casual meals and drinks.

The very large palapa dock is several feet from the shore and is a perfect spot to enjoy the sea breezes and watch the sailboats, visiting yachts, local fishing boats and dolphins from the very comfortable loungers. There is also a rooftop deck area with its 360 degree views of the sea, the canal and the distant mountains. Perfect spot for a sundowner while waiting for the most gorgeous sunsets the Caribbean has to offer!

All this comfort and luxury is an ideal place to spend a relaxing day in your private pool or to come home to after a day on Placencia's white sandy beaches, or on one of the many available day trips, snorkelling, sailing, diving, hiking, or exploring nearby rain forests or the ancient Mayan ruins.
