'Natz Ti Ha' means close to the water in Mayan. Comfort and relaxation is the first thing you experience as you walk in our two bedroom and two full bath, ground-level condominium. Unit E101 named Casa del Rio.

The green Mexican tile kitchen has all the amenities needed for a full meal together with your favorite cocktail. Open up the panoramic glass doors and sit under the tropical vegetation listening to the waterfall and enjoying the breeze. Natural pathways wind under the shade of palm trees and lead to the large 19-by-4-meter swimming pool.

Enjoy a cold cerveza on the rooftop overlooking famous Coco Beach and the twinkling lights of Cozumel at night. We are just a ten minute walk to bustling 5th Avenue with many shops and a wide range of international restaurants.

Perfect location!

Third time at Natz Ti Ha. Second time at this condo. Love the authentic Spanish atmosphere. Clean and comfortable. Wonderful grounds keepers. I always feel safe and secure.

Can't recommend this place enough

Such a great location! Playa del Carmen is a city, but this condo is on a quiet leafy road - really nice cafes for breakfast, and cute little bars around the corner. Literally on the beach, which was a bit quieter and nicer then 50 metres down more into town... Loved our own open garden... Very spacious, would love to return again. Thank you for making our holiday so much more enjoyable :) P.S we were here for BPM festival, Mamitas club and a few others are literally around the corner but not too noisy...

2 weeks in Paradise

The condo had all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation spot. The outdoor terrace with running water streams was a perfect way to start the day with a cup of tea! Everything needed was in walking distance along with many good restaurants. We were there for my daughter's wedding at nearby Mahekal resort and it gave us all the extra space needed for the 'wedding'things". The owner;'s provided us with information to make everything go off with out a hitch. Mike the property manger was near by to answer any questions....the groundskeepers and security were all so pleasant and helpful....I am so missing this beautiful location especialy since as I write this it is 20 degrees and snowing!

We are farmers from Minnesota who like to go somewhere warm every winter. We chose Playa del Carmen after numerous vacations elsewhere. We think we have found the perfect vacation spot.

Why they chose this property

We first came to Natz ti ha with our daughters on a spring break in 1998. There were only two units here but we liked it so much that we came back and rented for at least 5 years before we decided to buy our own condo. We have enjoyed decorating and buying the many amenities that we find here in Mexico.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy walking everywhere here in Playa and finding little out of the ordinary places to shop and eat.
