Toller Ausgangspunkt...

...für schöne Touren entlang der Küste! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Küche komplett, manches etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es bietet viel Platz, man ist in wenigen Minuten am tollen u überwachten Strand! Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen gehabt!

Schönes Haus in Meernähe

Wir waren zu siebt mit Hund in dem Haus. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse nahe zum Meer. Sehr gute Ausstattung (vor allem in der Küche), ist aber manches schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Das Haus hat nur eine Terrasse, die allerdings mit schönem großen Tisch, ausreichend für viele Leute. Nette Vermieter, die schnell auf Fragen antworten - sprechen aber nur französisch. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, wenn man keine 1A Ausstattung braucht, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

notre pire location de vacances de ces 20 dernières années

A notre arrivée, nous avons été reçus par la propriétaire qui finissait le ménage, et avons aussitôt constaté de gros manquements, à la fois de propreté, et surtout d'hygiène (saletés au sol, escaliers sales, miroirs pleins de traces, WC moyennement propres, traces aux murs, frigo sale, boutons de lumières et poignées de portes sales, intérieur des armoires sale, chaussette sales oubliées sous les meubles, ...), d'autant plus grave dans un contexte de crise sanitaire supposant un minimum d'hygiène. Par ailleurs, enceinte de 7 mois, j'aurais apprécié de vivre dans un endroit propre. Surtout, l'état général de la location nous a laissés sans voix, entre les travaux inachevés, les goûtières passant devant les fenêtres de chambre, la douche qui fuit, les trous dans les murs, les prises électriques inadaptées, les abats-jours de lampes de chevets déchirées et tenant avec du scotch, au risque de prendre feu, les tapis de toilettes élimés et déchirés, etc. Nous avons fait le ménage pendant 1h20 à 3 adultes avant de pouvoir nous installer ...!! Le confort général du logement laisse également à désirer. Il n'y a aucun rangement propre, et des tablettes de taille ridicule faisant soi-disant office de dressing ! Nous avons pris une cinquantaine de photos. Au regard de nos remarques, la propriétaire a reconnu avoir menti et ne pas avoir vraiment fait le ménage. Elle a donc envoyé une femme de ménage en milieu de semaine pour faire les sols. Il était trop tard puisque nous avions tout relavé, et de toute façon la personne ne pouvait pas faire de miracle, ni de travaux, en 2 heures !! Le propriétaire n'a pas voulu trouver un compromis financier, en nous disant de demander à Abritel de nous rembourser (mais ils ont refusé bien sûr, ce n'est pas de leur responsabilité tout ça !) et ne répond pas à nos SMS depuis notre départ, ce qui estbien pratique maintenant que nous avons rendu le logement (après l'avoir re-nettoyé avant de partir, nous sommes visiblement trop honnêtes !!). La propriétaire nous a demandé si nous étions des châtelains quand je lui ai fait remarquer qu'il n'y avait même pas de lit, mais seulement des matelas sur des sommiers, elle m'a dit qu'il n'y avait jamais de tour de lit dans des locations !!Bref, si vous appréciez de passer vos vacances dans un logement aux normes, sans risque, propre, et confortable, passez votre route !! Je n'avais jamais eu le sentiment de me faire arnaquer, cela a été une expérience nouvelle et enrichissante !!!

La maison est agencée de façon à ce que chacun est son espace personnelle grâce aux chambre assez espacée les une des autres avec 2 salles de douches. La maison est très agréable.

Excellent séjour

Excellent accueil de la part de Monique, avec à l arrivée une bouteille de cidre et de l eau fraîche dans le frigo plus un bouquet de fleurs sur la table. Le logement est au calme, très proche de la plage et des commerces 5 min à pied. Le logement est très bien équipé et fonctionnel; nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
