About this property

Holiday home in the heart of Coutainville. A life on foot! ideally located

In the heart of a popular seaside resort, house completely renovated in 2017 by an interior designer, spacious and bright with all the comforts and perfectly equipped.
In the heart of the center, 10 minutes' walk from the beach, 30 steps from the shops.
Everything is done on Feet!
For decoration, we played with family furniture combined with antique furniture, while sober, in a shades of blue-green between Earth and Sea.
With its perfectly integrated appliances, the kitchen plays on functionality and modernity.

The villa is surrounded by an enclosed garden with swings, sunbathing, table and garden chairs, barbecue.

It includes 4 large bedrooms: new bedding including 2 bedrooms with 140/190 bed, 1 bedroom with 160/200 bed and 1 bedroom with 90/190 beds,
2 bathrooms, one with bath, the other with shower, 2 toilets.
On the ground floor, a bright dining room communicating with the kitchen will easily accommodate 8 people. A cozy TV lounge invites you to relax with its TV screen, DVD player and board games. A shed and a large practical basement for returns from the beach, golf, storage of bikes, strollers or any other equipment is available. The laundromat is also located in this basement.
All services nearby (shops including cheese, fishmonger, oyster bar, 3 markets per week in season, restaurants, cinema, medical center, pharmacy, ...)

Numerous sporting and cultural activities (swimming, shore and coastal fishing, golf, tennis, sailing school, equestrian center, cycle or pedestrian excursion, cinema, casino, exhibitions, animations of the tourist office, visits ...)

Located between Mont Saint Michel and the landing beaches, our house is an ideal starting point for visiting the region. With 3 maritime facades, the English Channel is indeed a region rich in natural sites, churches, monuments, museums ... Very diversified by its activities, its landscapes and its heritage, it will surprise you.

Cute house in great location

If you want to stay at a cute house in a great location then this is home is perfect. It was been updated throughout and had everything you could want to cook a meal. It was comfortable and cozy with plenty of room for my family of 5. Walking distance to the beach and conveniently located across the road from the market. We enjoyed our stay at this home and would recommend it.

Very nice house and town

We enjoyed our stay very much in this nice little town with all facilities very close to the house. A very nice super marked is right on the doorstep. Very practical. The house is very nice. After some initial problems we managed to get the hot water working as well as wifi. The host was very helpful. Walking distance to everything.

Eine wundervolle Zeit in der Normandie!

Es war eine wundervolle Zeit in Agon-Cotenville und das Haus hat allen Erwartungen entsprochen. Frühstück im Garten hinterm Haus. Zum Einkaufen für das alltägliche eben über die Straße. Zu Fuß an den Strand und Ziele wie Mont Saint Michel sind in einer guten Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen! Für unsere Familie ein rundum fantastischer Sommerurlaub in der Normandie! Wir würden es genauso wieder machen!

Week end de trois jours au top

Nous étions à 4 couples d’amis dans le logement rien à en redire que du positif (maison spacieuse jardin également) le logement est parfaitement équipé il ne manque rien dans le logement, le lieu est top, pas besoin d’utiliser nos véhicules les commerces la mer les bars, boulangerie et magasins en tout genre étaient à 5 min à pied la proprio est disponible et très sympa je conseille et remercie Myriam pour tout à bientôt peut être et allez y sans hésiter vous ne serez pas déçu

Très jolie villa , notre petite famille à passé un très bon weekend ( espace de vie, jardin , ) nous étions 8 avec les enfants nous n'avons manqué de rien.Le plus , pas de voiture vraiment tout a pied !!!

Maison propre et bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son emplacement, dans un quartier calme et proche de tous les commerces et de la mer, son jardin et sa décoration. La mise à disposition de deux vélos adultes avec un siège pour enfant nous a été bien utile .

Idéal séjour familial à la mer

Agréable maison bien située, à proximité des commerces et de la plage: tout se fait à pied. Chambres spacieuses et biens agencées à l'étage. Nous avons bien profité du jardin clos. Maison suffisamment grande pour accueillir 8 adultes et 2 bébés. La salle de bain du RDC pourrait être modernisée. La disponibilité du linge devrait être précisée sur la réservation. Agréable séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
