Born in Brazil and having lived in the US for more than 27 years, my wife and I have decided to retire to the Pura Vida life-style.
Many qualities have attracted us to Playa Grande, but in particular, the relaxed and quiet way of life mixed with the friendly locals, the perfect surf, and the most stunning sunset.
We have 3 grown-children who live in the US but enjoy the Pura Vida just as much as we do.

Why they chose this property
We built this house from the ground up with top quality material as we did it with the intention to retire in it.
As we finished building it, we considered renting the rooms downstairs, which are very private, and even the house for when we are not here.
This house is the culmination of our dreams and we would like to share it with you. After all, to share our joy is to double our joy.
