Gorgeous, updated beach house with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths steps away from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters of the amazing Grayton Beach. Our home is newly renovated/furnished with a large, heated saltwater swimming pool and is within walking distance of multiple bars and restaurants.

The comfortable, remodeled beach home provides a one of a kind floor plan that allows for kids and parents to have their own space. Relax in the large living room or porch and have the kids play in the bonus room with a TV for movies and a TV for gaming. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining room. Lots of room for everybody!

The house features 3 large porches, one on each level. Enjoy beautiful views of the gulf and the rolling sand dunes of Grayton Beach from the upper porch. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths - 2 br & 2 baths on the main floor and 2 br and 2 baths on the second floor. The home comfortably sleeps 12 with a (maximum of 8 adults) with 2 kings, 2 fulls, 2 sets of twin bunks and a LoveSactional that may be converted to a queen bed.

There is no better place than Sea La Vie to gather with family and friends and make beautiful memories. Please join us for an amazing vacation!

*** All renters MUST be 25 years of age and an occupant in the home during your stay

* Saturday to Saturday (7-day) rentals only from March through August, unless approved by management.

* October - April the pool may be heated at the request of the guest for an additional $200 for a 1 week stay.
*The Pool Heater requires 24 hours to reach the desired temperature of 83 degrees.
*Please let us know prior to your stay if you would like the pool heated and we will add to your reservation.

All Beach chairs hung up on the wall under the house. Beach cart emptied. Sand toys under the house, not by the pool.
Please clean up any trash left around the pool and return loungers to their original positions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great time at the house. The house was accurately described in the listing. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the pool was great. We had a 2 year old and the pool shelf was great for him. The owner directly communicated with us prior to arrival and during our stay. We highly recommend the house.

Great Property

We loved our stay here. The house was within short range walking distance to the beach. We the pool was great for hot days where we didn’t want to carry all our gear to the beach. The house had basic spices and cooking supplies, laundry detergent pods, cleaning supplies, beach towels, beach gear. Host was very communicative.

Lovely quiet beach

Great location in quiet picturesque Grayton Beach. Truly a brief walk to beach entrance. Sand is white sugar and water was crystal blue and perfect with exception of the two days after a storm and a couple of jellyfish encounters. Host goes above and beyond with providing amenities.

Perfect Grayton Beach Get-Away

Large, roomy, well decorated and well maintained. Perfect family sized get-away, convenient, but away from the chaos that South Walton has become due to it’s obsession with over building. Short walk to an uncrowded beach. New pool and scenic decks make for a wonder stay. Highly recommend!

Perfection at the beach

The house is amazing and so is the location. The owners have thought of just about everything you will need from beach chairs to kitchen equipment! Everything was super clean and decorated in lovely blues and greens. It’s the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in and the location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach!

Family Vacation

One of our all time favorite vacation rentals! The pool is amazing...and so is the house. Photos really don't do it justice. The kitchen was nicely stocked and easy for several "cooks" to navigate during meal preparations. Lots of drink storage with the extra fridge, and plenty of room at the dining table for our whole family to gather. The bedroom layout worked well for 3 couples with kids (nice bunk room!) and the extra living space at the back of the house was a godsend for early morning cartoon watching. Very easy walk to the beach (and close enough to return during the day for cooler refills). Family is already talking about returning next year!

Perfect House

We loved this property! The close proximity the vast, not crowded beach and the pool were my kiddos favorites. The house was beautifully decorated and Kay was great to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone! Grayton Beach is so laid back yet you are so close to the busier beach towns along 30a if want to go in for shopping and eating!

For our family, the beach is our happy place. When COVID hit, it was a wake up call to pursue our passion and purchase a home in a great beach town. Life is too short, and we wanted to find a place to relax and make great memories with our family.

Our family of 4 bought the property in 2021 from the amazing previous owners, Kay and Anan. As we quickly learned....in Grayton, the beaches are beautiful...but the people and laid back town make it the perfect vacation spot. We've been up and down the coasts of Florida, and we finally found the town for us. You absolutely need to give Grayton a try!

Our goal is make this house feel like a home away from home for our family and yours. Time is precious and spending it with family and friends in Grayton is the ultimate for us. We are here to make your trip as comfortable and smooth as possible. We want each and every guest to have a great experience in our home and come back every year!
