This personally owned condo is like home a away from home. It is fully stocked with linens, towels, beach towels and chairs, umbrellas and a kitchen with everything you need from cookware, utensils, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more. There is a washer and dryer for small loads of laundry hair dryers in each bathrooms. Both bedrooms include T.V.s and cable throughout. Free wifi also available. Our mother has decorated this condo with love and care. It is well kept because it is a privately owned condo. Many of the furnishings are fun reminders of trips taken by our mother. We hope you find it as fun and comfortable as we do.

Great beach access and great location

We really liked the location and parking was super convenient. Close to everything you need. Beach was beautiful with easy access. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. We walked to the pier to watch the sunset.

This condo was everything the owners said it would be and more. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was easy to communicate with by phone or text and checkin was a breeze. Very close to activities and restaurants. This condo was perfect for our family vacation/baseball trip!

We enjoyed your condo. The beds were very comfortable and the living area cozy. The nook in the middle was a sweet place for a nap or place to read quietly. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the bar area.

The condo was clean and spacious for our family of five! It was stocked with plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen supplies! Communication with the owner was wonderful for check in and check out and other questions! Highly recommend and will look for availability here when we return to PCB!!

No water pressure what so ever had to wait 20 min for water to build back up between people, elevators sucked! Kinda had a smell to the room, beds were comfortable besides the twin bed was hard as a rock. Couldn’t flush toilets every time you used it because water was constantly running.

I am sorry you had issues with the water. From what I understand there was a pressure issue in the entire building main break. Water pressure is good normally. Flushing the toilet must have again been due to the water issue. As far as the smell not sure what issue that was. I was personally in the condo before you had arrived. It is humid in Florida during the summers so if the dehumidifiers empty and the front running it will get musty. My current guest haven't not had this issue. Again sorry for the water pressure issue completely out of our hands. It has been repaired.

Great condo, good location and great communication with owners. Everything you could need including beach chairs and towels… We were very comfortable here. Parking garage a little frustrating but nothing to be deterred by. Bring all your own condiments!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Condo was as good or better than expected. The pics on here don’t do it justice. Beautiful home away from home.
