Warren Beach Rentals is thrilled to offer Grand Panama 1204!!!
You will love this fully renovated condo directly on the sparkling Gulf shores!

Our beachfront unit #1204 is on the 12th floor, with a large balcony that affords a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand, just steps away from the beach, pools, tiki bar, and hot tubs.
This unit has been completely redecorated this year with NEW and FRESH designer furniture and bedding.

This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area and queen-size sleeper sofa.

Enjoy free WiFi, cable, flatscreen smart TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Watch the sun set right from your balcony while you enjoy dinner at your private patio table.

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of emotional support pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is 55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is 10.00 Motorcycle parking is 55.00. Trailor Parking is 55.00(only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for 35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are 25.00 per sleeve.

This upscale resort has all of the best amenities, including two massive pools (one seasonally heated), two hot tubs, on-site fitness center, and a tiki bar with food and drinks right at your fingertips.

Rikki hit has good drinks and food. The facility is hands on making sure the elevators were clean and working properly. Most condos seem to neglect this feature. Condo was super clean with comfortable bedding and furniture. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Nice place!

great location and the beach view is perfect. Slept 8 people perfectly. Everything was clean and taken care of. I have a service dog and they were very accepting of her. Everyone was so nice... besides Claudette (the storm).

Just what the Dr ordered

Our first getaway since the start of COVID-19. It was great getting back to something that was like we remembered it. Place was as advertised, no surprises. Great spot for a vacation, close to everything we needed. Only challenges is a a pretty narrow parking deck but that didn’t cause any issues.
