Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please Reset The Home — Return all furniture (inside & outside) to it's original locations and reset the house to similar to when you arrived.
Strip Beds & Start Dishwasher — Please help us know what's dirty by stripping beds and placing used towels in laundry room. Please load & start dishwasher.
Take Out the Trash & Lock Up — Be sure to empty the fridge and take all trash to the dumpster at the end of the road when you leave. Lock all windows/doors and be sure that you turn off all lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
