A very safe and convenient neighborhood across from the Paducah Country Club . An easy drive to historic downtown, mall area, best shopping and many restaurants. This well appointed residence has fully loaded kitchen, washer/dryer and private deck with large backyard. The large den, dining room and kitchen are an open floor plan. Two bedrooms on the first level with 2 full baths. The upstairs is a suite with full bath and plenty of room to sleep 4 or more! Enclosed two car garage with parking for 5 vehicles. 4 night minimum stay. Luxury space at competitive rates!

Quilting friends

Four girlfriends together for the week of the AQS quilt show. The place was great for us to spread out with all of our sewing machines and projects. So much fun. Would stay here again.

Solar eclipse trip

We loved the condo! It was very spacious! Large kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Bonus was having access to the garage! It was pouring when we were leaving, but we were able to pack up easily in the garage! Thanks so much for the hospitality!!

Located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the mall, hospital and I-24. Owner is very responsive to texts. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in Paducah.

Gobble til you wobble

Our family gathered for an early Thanksgiving! We have family already in Paducah but needed more space for everyone. After a bit of a glitch with the garage code, we finally got in and the space is beautiful and well maintained. Mary Jo is most helpful and prompt with replies! We'de recommend this VRBO!!

Better than the pictures

Absolutely great house! Bigger and better than the pictures show. Stayed here while in Paducah for a family wedding. A nice clean garage to park your vehicle, a small patio to enjoy nice weather, a big kitchen and nice sized dining room for entertaining. Great location too! Very close to restaurants and shopping.

Perfect for family reunion!

We visited family and used this as our gathering place. So much better than staying at a hotel and eating out! Large, open living, dining and kitchen was plenty of room to visit and prepare meals! We will definitely stay here on our next visit!

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this place. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The back patio and the grill were especially great. 3 full bathrooms were a plus for a group of coworkers. The host responded to all questions quickly . We would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and nicely appointed with sufficient kitchen utensils to prepare a group dinner.

The rooms were clean, warm, and well supplied. The living area was perfect for hanging with friends. The location was ideal for focusing on our group.

Perfect family vacation spot!

A few times a year, we visit Paducah to see family. This was our first time staying at this location & we loved it. It was super close to our KY family & a short drive to any store we needed. Mary Jo was super attentive and took extra precautions to make sure the condo was safe and clean for our stay, during these crazy times. I really hope to stay here again!!

Lovely home in beautiful Paducah neighborhood.

The property is beautifully decorated, with plenty of room to relax and rest, in quiet location , clean and sanitized for COVID-19. The owner is very nice and responded so quickly. We had a wonderful vacation despite the unusual circumstances of 2020. Highly recommend this place!

Great Stay in Paducah

What a great find for our visit to Paducah! The condo is spacious and a great layout that keeps bedrooms separate and quiet from the living space, which made it nice for the two little one’s nap times. It was conveniently located and close to grocery stores and the mall and our trips to see family in Paducah and Barlow. Todd was available to answer any questions although instructions were provided right inside the condo for most. We would not hesitate to book again!

Why they chose this property

This condo has never been rented or listed on VRBO until 2018. It was my primary residence for a while. I love the layout of the property, the convenience to everything in Paducah and the safety of the area.

What makes this property unique

Secure internet, Roku, 4 TVs , cable in family room, 2 DVD players, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen, nice deck with large back yard. Open floor plan makes getting together fun, not crowded!
