Spacious Townhouse - King bed, convenient ,restaurants, Historic downtown,

Fabulous Townhouse located in the mall area for shopping. We call this our 80's baby, it is dated and has a is not perfect. However it feels like home away from home. So very comfortable. The sunroom being the favorite room in the house with a beautiful view of the landscape yard and backing up to the 10th hole on the Country Club golf course. This is a very desirable area in paducah. You will have many restaurants to choose from. Including some of the best Local Owned Restaurants Bar-B-Q , Pizza, Seafood, Farmhouse style to many to name. This is a very desirable area in Paducah. Just being 5 min from the airport. Gym'S, Cinemark . A movie or choose the Maiden Alley Cinema downtown. A very short drive to the historic riverfront downtown area is the Art District and the Quilt Museum. Local Brewery, coffee house, Living space is all on main level, with a open & split floor plan. The sunroom is my favorite room in the house. Relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of the mature trees, and the golf course. The kitchen & dining stocked with cookware, Utensils, wine glasses. A parlor table in front of fireplace. And lots of windows in the kitchen to enjoy your coffee in the mornings. A nice cozy family room to catch a movie. The masterbedroom has large bathroom with walk in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a built-in desk. There is a seating area in the back yard. Garage for parking. and 2 additional parking spots with turnaround in front.

The family and I all enjoyed our stay at this very nice home. It was a very pleasant get away. The host was very friendly and very helpful. She even told me places to check out with the family.

Great time in Paducah

The house was great, my wife and I enjoyed all the amenities, in a great location, and easy to find. The area/part of town was in a nice location. We visited close by Illinois and got to see the Superman museum. Over all we had a great time in Paducah!

Beautiful Property

We could not have been more pleased. Everything you might need was there. Extremely clean. Great location with a big enclosed back porch that looks out over the golf course. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great stay!

Clean and comfortable home. The hot tub listed in the property description was actually a jacuzzi bathtub located in a bathroom inside the house, and there was just one bed in each of the bedrooms—otherwise the house was as advertised. Great customer service from the property manager!

Paducah weekend

This was just what we needed. It was spacipus and comfortable with three bedrooms and close proximity to the downtown. We relaxed and enjoyed some down time. We visited the shopping area on Saturday afternoon. We had a good meal in the downtown, picked up a few gifts and then relaxed for the evening. Beautiful weather, so we could not have asked for a better weekend. We spent time talking in the beautiful living room in the evening and shared birthday cake in the sun room in the afternoon.
