Luxury Lakeview Condo

View, views, views! Our deck and living room offer expansive views of the Town of Grand Lake, Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Reservoir, Mount Baldy and the snow capped mountain ranges. Though it's a condo, our guests often comment once they step inside they think they're in a cozy cabin. We're on 40 secluded, wooded acres on a ridge above town and the lakes. Looking for water views? The 'townhome' style of our complex means we are in separate, staggered buildings, providing windows on three sides and plenty of trees, mountains and water to gaze upon. Enjoy the quiet of our park-like setting with the convenience of town within easy reach on foot or by bicycle. The gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park is just one mile from our door. We are on an 'elk run' and in the fall they bugle just below us. Other times of year expect to see bear and fox. Distinctively decorated, our condo has been completely remodeled down to the rafters. Our guests describe our property as 'cozy' and 'romantic.' Luxury amenities abound. This property is only listed on VRBO so if you find reference to it elsewhere it is likely a scam!

Great view of fireworks

Stayed over 4th of July. Condo was in great location to get to town and perfect spot to watch fireworks without the crowds. Overall well stocked nice place.

Great view & right outside the park

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this rental and it is just lovely! The view is incredible! It’s right outside RMNP where we saw moose, elk and other animals every sunrise and sunset! Close to town with good food and cute shops. One of our favorite places!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the views from our deck, and our guests have too! The million dollar setting prompted us to gut the interior and create the vacation rental we had always tried to find - rustic, but with great linens, towels and kitchen equipment.

What makes this property unique

Quiet, park-like setting on 40 private acres with views in all directions and abundant wildlife viewing, yet very close to town. Charming interior décor with all the comforts of home, and did we mention the views over the lake!?
