A beautiful, clean, comfortable condo for a family stay. A short drive from the beach, with lots to do and see. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. If you've had enough of the beach there's a great pool area and place to BBQ. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we return to Myrtle Beach!

Derek’s condo was extremely clean and perfectly located for our purposes - close to many golf courses, great restaurants and uncrowded beach access points! We also loved the choice of several pools in the development. Derek was easy to communicate with and made check-in and check-out super easy.

Weekend Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It is closely located to many of the attractions, restaurants & facilities that we were visiting throughout the weekend. The owner (Derek) maintained exceptional communication with me throughout the entire length of our stay.
