You will love sipping your coffee on our screened in back patio that overlooks the 13th hole of the Pine Hills golf course. Myrtlewood Villa is a prestigious golf community that boasts multiple outdoor pools and a paved walking/biking trail. Our 3 bed, 2 bath condo is very spacious and sleeps 9. Use our fully stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals or go out to the many restaurants nearby. Full washer and dryer inside unit. All the comforts of home including TVs in each bedroom and a 65" smart TV in the Living Room to enjoy as a group.

Our condo is all about location! We are located approx 1.5 miles to the beach and 1 mile to Broadway at the beach. Located just outside the city limits of Myrtle you will appreciate the quiet nights while still being close enough to enjoy the many attractions that Myrtle has to offer. This is also a golfer's dream with the golf course view and located near the many golf courses that the area has to offer.

No matter if you are looking for a family vacation or a Golf trip you will not be disappointed!

Property was clean and spacious. Loved the screened in porch and watching the golfers. It was close to the beach and anything you needed, best of all it allowed dogs. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Our stay here was so relaxing! This condo had everything we could have hoped for—it was neat, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated; the grounds around the complex were great for walking our dog; We enjoyed the easy short drive to the beach. We definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful location

We spent Spring Break at this beautiful property that looks exactly like the pics! In GREAT location! Unit is decorated so beautiful, beds, couches all so comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, pots & pans, utensils everything you could need. 3bdrm ground floor Unit not easy to come by n it was perfect for my family!

While we didn’t have swim weather we escaped the sub-zero weather in MN and NY! Condo is very nice and fit our needs very well. Location is easy access to activities, restaurants and Boardwalk area. We throughly enjoyed exploring Myrtle Beach and surrounding cities. We will be back!!

Myrtle Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was clean and spacious. We loved the screened in porch and the first floor location. Our dogs love to sit on the porch and watch the golfers. The property is close to all MB activities. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Wonderful Myrtle Beach location!

The condo was clean and extremely well stocked for everything we needed for our month long stay. Our hosts, the Stums were attentive and helpful, always responded quickly to any request…. Location is convenient to everything, shopping, golf, restaurants and of course the beach! We are already booked for next year! Highly recommend 🌴☀️

Dever family vacation

We had an amazing time on our family vacation. The condo was beautiful. Check-in was super easy. We were even able to extend our stay because we were having a great time. Why they chose this property

With the love of golf and the beach this community and condo location was the perfect vacation spot for our family. We love the views and quiet community of Magnolia Pointe while being so close to the beautiful Grand Strand Beach! With plenty of restaurants and things to do there is always something for everyone!

What makes this property unique

The location! While so close to the beach and golf, our condo is also a prime location for Broadway at the Beach (1.5 miles away) as well as downtown Myrtle and the boardwalk. Our location also allows you to get to North Myrtle including Barefoot Landing and the surrounding attractions with ease.
