This fantastic getaway sleeps up to 18 people in a spacious, open floor plan home, which offers beautiful water views, a fire pit, playground, volleyball net, outdoor AND indoor pickle ball, basketball, shuffleboard, ping pong, air hockey, 10 bikes, 5 kayaks, and a private waterfront pavilion. "Croton Pond" is a 1,380-acre body of water where you can enjoy fishing, bird-watching (bald eagles nesting along the river), and swimming. If interested in a boat rental during your stay, we have a 20 ft. Qwest Pontoon available for rent. For those interested in bringing their own watercraft, there is dock space available.
Eagles Landing sits on one acre, directly across from a private waterfront lot with 150 feet of frontage, (on a low bank), making it great for families. Our street is very slow and quiet...perfect for bike rides or family walks. Play yard games on our well-manicured (large) lawn, relax on the 16X20 covered deck (rain or shine), and barbeque with our gas grill for a vacation that's sure to make great memories. Inside, you'll find the resort is equipped with many comforts of home such as WiFi, central air, 5 flat-screen TVs with streaming capability, and a large sectional sofa with 4 recliners. Our fully supplied kitchen features a gas range with double ovens, a large table that seats 10, and a "theater-style" popcorn machine! For the coffee lovers we have a 12 cup drip coffee pot and a Keurig so bring your favorite pods. We also offer a wide variety of books to read and a closet loaded with family games to play. (Additional folding tables and chairs are available if requested).

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a large jacuzzi tub. Six additional bedrooms have two king-size beds, three twin beds, 4 queen-size beds, and a twin-over-full-size bunk bed. The second and third full baths contain a large shower and vanity. There are also 2 laundry rooms available and a work desk area in case you have any business to attend to during your stay. As a bonus, there's a 2500-square-foot temperature controlled garage, which makes it a perfect place for indoor pickleball, corn hole, or family hangouts. This garage also has its own half bath.
