Secluded 4bdr cabin w/hot tub on the Muskegon River

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Deer run through these ravines and salmon swim through the river bend, come see all the wildlife! Enjoy soaking in the hot tub and spending time with those you love on the ranch!

Please note we do have a rental agreement to sign. This is to ensure a wonderful stay for you as our delighted guest and for others that come after you!

A family sized cabin located high on the river. Lots of wildlife stroll through this acreage. We have direct access to the river and it is a beautiful hike down to the river front. Fishing, kayaking, and swimming await you down on this peaceful bend of the river. There is a large fire pit out back for those wonderful summer bonfires and a wood burning fireplace inside for those snowy winter nights (Firewood provided on site). We have 2 bikes, a basketball hoop, 4 kayaks, a ping-pong table, and corn hole all provided on the property for summer stays! There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the peaceful scenery and a gas grill for the grill master to make some grub.

Each room inside has been designed to suit your needs and provide a peaceful stay. There is a specific workspace, game/puzzle table, large sectional, and board games/cards for indoor activities.

Small town USA! Newaygo and Grant are only 10 mins from our home where you can find small shops and local eateries!
Drug use is prohibited and a $1,500 fine will be fixed if done on the property.
Smoking is prohibited inside the home. If done so, a fine will be given for the extra cleaning services.
Pet fee of $100 per pet per stay.
Stained bed linens. A fee of $65 will be charged to the guest if our cleaners cannot get them clean.
Guests are liable for damage, theft, or loss beyond normal wear. Costs not covered by insurance must be paid in full by the guest.

Please no shoes in the house.
No more than 12 people and no unregistered guests.
Quiet time after 10pm.
All furniture stays in its respected area.
2 cars may park in the garage.
No vehicles may be driven down to the river, please walk.
Only 8 people in the hot tub at one time.
Please lock all doors and windows before you leave at any time.
Check-out time is 11am. A fine of $100 per additional hour guest stays after check-out time will be given.
