About this property

Brand New Lake Home on Silver Lake

Welcome to the only new home offered on Silver Lake. Our lake home was just completed in May of 2022. It feature 3,000 square feet of spacious living space that includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The home includes a kitchen with an island that can seat over 10 people. The upper level kitchen is part of the great room that includes a wall of windows with cathedral ceilings. The house has two living areas with large sectional sofas and each one has its own gas fireplace.

Our new home sits on the same great lot that our old cottage sat on. We are situated on the fabulous Foxtail Bay. Peace and quiet, sunsets, premium fishing, excellent swimming and all the amenities of Big Silver Lake. Outside includes 2 decks (one lakeside), expansive patio, private beach, pier, swimming raft, paddle boat, 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.

This area of the lake is no wake and offers great swimming and fishing. Come and enjoy the tall pines and sunny beach. Silver Lake is an approximately 350 acres spring fed lake. This is a full recreational lake so bring your water toys and ski and have fun.

Beautiful lake house

Fox Tail Point Perfection!

Lovely and luxurious property in a quiet, little nook on Silver Lake. Entire family had a great time!! Great communication from owners and property was easy to access, great amenities, extremely clean and very comfortable. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, we loved it!!

Awesome Place!

This comfortable, spacious lake house was amazing! It had everything we needed and then some. The beach was so nice for the little kids, and the kayaks and paddle board were great for the older kids and adults. It is very much as advertised and we will definitely be back! Stunning!

The house is even better in person! High end amenities throughout. Traveling with our kids and grandkids, having a full living room on both levels was awesome! We had one day of rain and the kids took over the lower level and afults were on the main level enjoying the peace and quiet.

Annual family vacation

Beautiful home. Accommodations were reflective of the description in the advertisement. The home owner was extremely responsive and flexible with our group's needs. There was plenty of sleeping space and lots of fun things to do on the property. We even had the opportunity to walk to a nearby supper club for dinner. The location is set on a quiet bay, which helps keep kids safe but still accessible to the main portion of Silver Lake. The beach was used a lot by our entire group and a huge plus to this property!

25th Anniversary Family Gathering

My wife and I have been renting RV's and destination homes on VRBO or Home Away for the last ten years. It is a wonderful alternative to hotels when traveling with large groups as we do. This trip was for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and this house was selected for getting all of us together and having FUN! This property certainly fulfilled all our expectations. We relaxed in comfort, we enjoyed the fireplaces, we had fun down by the water, we had a great time at this house. The only thing I would improve is the cookware. With such a nice kitchen people want to cook for their guests. There was plenty of silverware, glasses, plates, bowls, and cooking utensils, but only one (1) 10" fry pan and a very small 4" frypan. The house needs some serious cookware to go in that beautiful kitchen. Great refrigerator & oven/stove to store all your groceries and cook great big meals. Kitchen needs a real set of pots and pans, not the mismatched stuff there now. If nothing changed, I would still recommend this house. Just bring some pots and pans.

Versatile Rental

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Large deck overlooking water was where we had most of our meals. Waterfront access was great and a small sand area was perfect for our littles. Play structure was loved by the kiddos as well. No complaints.

This property had multiple seating areas inside and out, multiple eating areas, and lots to do for the young children and adults in our group. The owner was gracious and accommodating. We want to come back! The property was accurately represented on the VRBO site.

Fox Tail Bay Lake House

The house was in good order with lots of beds and couches for comfortable lounging. The water was calm during our whole stay in the Fox Tail Bay Area, even during windy days. Great pan fishing and bass fishing in Silver Lake. Our family enjoyed using the kayaks, swing, and hammock on the property. The pines were beautiful! Enough items were provided in the kitchen to meet our needs. Air conditioning worked well. There is a play-set and fire pit by the driveway that is in good shape. Great location! We enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway!

Perfect lake location for a relaxing weekend. Cottage size was great size for our family. Short drive from Mke, but yet "Up North" feel. Quick drive to town if anything needed.

A wonderful getaway!

Very comfortable and wonderful amenities. Our family had a great time and had more than enough to do at the property and in the area. The sandy bottom lake is perfect and the beach area was perfect for our kids. We had a rainy day so had plenty to do indoors as well. Lots of toys for the kids to play with inside and out. Very comfortable and used the kayak and SUP every day!
