Spacious two-story cabin on the lake! Deepwater year round. Covered private dock, hot tub, pool table, WIFI and much more.

The cabin is situated; 20 minutes to Blue Ridge (Lake Blue Ridge)and 10 min to Blairsville and 25 minutes to Hiawassee (Lake Chatuge) and 20 minutes to Murphy N.C. and 45 minutes to Helen GA.

4 bedroom/3 bath/ 4 large porches, cabin situated on Lake Nottely with a deep water private covered dock. The 1.5 acre lot allows for plenty of parking and privacy!

Our lake home is located minutes from downtown Blairsville, close to Vogel State Park, Desoto Falls, Brasstown Bald, Helen Georgia, downtown Blue Ridge, and the Ace Sweepstakes Casino in Murphy, NC. In the area are 8 waterfalls and plenty of hiking including the Appalachian trail.

After a day full of fun on the lake or exploring the many waterfalls and hiking trails nearby, come home to a family gathering on the large BBQ porch while enjoying the lake views. Wind down in the hot tub, or play a game of pool!
Although our dock is situated on deep water, the lake is controlled by a dam. After Labor Day til May, the water level on the lake is much lower than in the spring and summer months but still very deep.
The main level boasts large windows overlooking the lake. The living room with cable TV/Netflix/Amazon Prime is open to the kitchen and dining room with seating for plenty. Three bedrooms are located on this level along with two bathrooms. In the bedrooms on this level, you will find 1 queen bed and 1 king bed and a room with two twins. You can step onto any of the four covered porches to pass the afternoon in a lounge chair, hammock, or hot tub.

The lower level is a great place to hang out with the family. It is equipped with a bar, a pool table, and cable TV. On this level you will also find one bedroom with a huge walk in shower and a comfy king bed. Step outside to a covered porch with a hot tub.

If you are not bringing a boat of your own, you have the option of renting one from multiple places along the lake. The town of Blairsville and Blue Ridge are both very charming and have many dining and entertainment options for your convenience. (Go to the Union County and Fannin County Chamber of Commerce web page for more information).

The house was very clean and smelled fresh when walking in! House had all the essentials you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. We all had a great time and enjoyed being able to kayak and be at the lake. Would stay there again for sure! Great place to stay a lot of things to do with the family. Quiet and relaxing time with the family and close to everything. 1 suggestion softer mattresses would make the experience even better.

Wonderful Mountain/Lake Getaway

We could not have been happier with our stay. We were two families (4 adults, and three middle schoolers) who enjoyed every moment of our time at this beautiful location. We found everything we needed in the home including many wonderful places to rest and relax. We were all sad to leave and hope to return someday.

Perfect stay

This is such a great property. The pictures don't do it justice. We had such a relaxing Fall break. The kids enjoyed paddling on the lake and gathering around the fire pit in the evening. Another Amazing Stay

This is our 2nd time staying here. We came back because of how much we loved the cabin/location the first time. It was once again, very clean, well-stocked kitchen, nice amenities, etc. Shirley is a great host, incredibly responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub, the lake, the pool table and games provided. The location is great for some family-friendly hiking, cute shopping areas and some quality restaurants. We will for sure be back again.

The Lake

Lake Living at its Finest

Our family really loved this home. We’ve summer vacationed a couple years at Lake Nottely and this was by far the best lake home we’ve rented. The screened in patio’s, fire pits and lake/dock areas were highlights for the entire family. Can’t wait to rent again.

Fantastic Family Get Away on the Lake

This is our second time staying here and it won't be our last. The cabin has everything you need and more.We especially enjoyed the screened in porch off the living room. More than enough room for our entire family of 8 adults and a toddler. Shirley is great to work with.

Fun vacation home!

We stayed at Shirley's lake house for a week and had a wonderful time! The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a fun vacation! Right on the lake, comfy beds with room for all 4 of us. All of the porches were a nice bonus! Grilled and ate outside almost every night. The dock was perfect for our rented pontoon boat too!

All The Perks!

This lake house is one of the best I’ve ever rented. The host went over and beyond to make our stay special. Everything was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. The dock is amazing! Great experience and a great getaway. Highly recommended!!
