About this property

The Atlantic Oasis is one of three apartments at the Nags Head Landing cottage. It is centrally located in the heart of Nags Head. This newly renovated 600 SQFT apartment is located just steps from the beach. The unit has everything you need. The Old Nags Head style covered-porch faces south and has views of the beach access. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and a queen size bed. The newly renovated bathroom has a full size tub shower and a 31" vanity. The living area has an open floor plan with a full size kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has a couch, coffee table and flat screen TV. The covered front porch is located just off the living room. It is a great place to take in the salt air and relax. The apartment is a quick 1 minute walk to the beach. The Albatross Street Beach access is located only 300' (less than a football field!) away. The apartment is within walking/biking distance to many well renowned sites on the Outer Banks, including, Jockey's Ridge State Park (via signaled Hollowell St crosswalk), the new (2017) Town of Nags Head Dowdy Park, The Nags Head Fishing Pier, Tortugas Lie Restaurant and many other attractions. The apartment is also within Biking distance to the YMCA via the Town of Nags Head's new Multi-use path.

This is a great place for a couple or a small family looking for a spacious vacation rental!!

Great Location

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this property. Not enough room to park a trailer/Truck but would go back anyway. (Crack in door leading to the balcony needs to be caulked)

Great little place

Perfect little place for our extended weekend getaway! Loved the little touches, like Mrs Meyers hand soap, shampoo and body wash dispenser and extra rolls of toilet paper. It accommodated our needs perfectly!

Stove burners,

Nothing that requires burners to be level can be cooked on the stove. All are crooked. Coffee pot could be upgraded. Porch door is cracked. Not by us. All other things are acceptable. Cupboard cover under sink was poorly glued.

The Perfect Beach Home

The overall stay was wonderful. The house was just a little ways down the street from the beach and was super clean. The atmosphere was cozy and sweet, which allowed for the perfect beach vacation.

Perfect Little Oasis

My husband and I made a last minute trip to the outer banks. We didn’t expect to find anything close to the beach or for a decent price point. This property had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and did I mention a block from the beach! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Cozy Retreat

Enjoyed our four night stay at this cute and comfy condo. So glad we had the end unit. Great weather allowed us to eat breakfast every morning on the deck. So close to the beach and convenient location to shops and restaurants. We would definitely book this property again.

GREAT PLACE

This space was perfect for two. It's roomu with adorable decor, and was super clean on arrival. The location at MP 10 is ideal to getting anywhere you want in no time. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Great porch for sitting and reading. Just loved it.
