This property is so comfortable you and family will love it.
Easy walk to the sound side for miles of back path and gather with neighbors and friends at the community boat ramp for breathtaking sunsets.
The property comes with a parking pass for an oceanfront parking lot right next to the Avalon Fishing Pier.

I have owned this property since 2013 having fallen in love with it during a stay at OBX. I live in Virginia Beach, VA and visit OBX most weekends when I can.

Why they chose this property

Once you see or stay at this cute bungalow, you will fall in love with it and the location. Very easy access to the Ocean and the property comes with a parking past for the community lot oceanfront and the lot sound side giving access for kayak or SUP.

The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a fold out sofa and a futon. The kitchen is well furnished with all the amenities one could want.
