Saw the host for about 15 seconds before we checked in. She seemed dismayed that we didn’t know where to park. Ants on the kitchen counters and a front door that didn’t seem very sturdy were disappointments. Nice, convenient location. We were there for three weeks.

Basic accomidations, but met our needs for a long weekend. Bring bath towels as only 3 were supplied and only one washcloth. One dish towel provided and no drying rack for dishes. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Waljing distance to restaurants and grocery store.

Quiet Oasis

Clean, comfy bed. Could only cook w microwave or air fryer. Had trouble wirh the lock. Check it.

Id stay thereagain if i planned to eat out most if the time. The street sign isnt clear and the road looks more like a driveway. Go slow and be watchful.

We stayed for 3 nights; location is excellent, very close to main rd, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood, it was clean and very comfortable for 2 people. Everything was excellent except for the bed. It needs a new mattress. Mattress was very worn out and because of that very uncomfortable. It has a small kitchen with a microwave to warm up food but no stove so not good if you are planning on cooking (I wasn’t so that was fine with me).

Nice and clean, all you need is there. The kitchen has coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, and something to steam/grill food, a small refrigerator and freezer. There are dishes and silverware. (the only negative spot was the ants, which invaded the counter in the morning) Overall, we had a nice experience. There is a couch and an armchair and ability to watch movies on Netflix, Amazon and Roku. (we did not know how to use it well but managed to watch a couple of old movies) It's walking distance to stores and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would recommend staying there.

Great place, great location

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding we attended in Sedona. The rental itself was perfect. Everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The back private patio is nice to enjoy the cool nights. The location is also great being super close to the main things in town, yet the neighborhood feels very peaceful and quiet. This was our first trip to Sedona and if we come back, I would have no problem staying here again. Thanks!

Cozy little studio that lacks a few things

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there was a few things that could have been replaced or fixed up in this studio add-on rental. The extra air mattress leaked, so half-way through the night you'd wake up on the hard floor. The floor mats are all old and disintegrating, causing extra debris to be tracked around the floor. Rear door needs new rollers and handle adjusted, very hard to open and close smoothly. Bathroom needs a few features like a towel bar and real toilet paper holder. All these items combined are less than $100 and would go a long way for helping the rental be more accomodating.
