A backyard path leads to a private dock, perfect for launching paddle boards, kayaks, or testing your luck with a crab trap. The outdoor spaces were made for unwinding. Sip your coffee on the lakefront porch, kick back with a book, or throw a sunset happy hour with the best views in the house.

Upstairs, the main living area is light, bright, and wide open, with vaulted ceilings, big windows, a huge TV, and plenty of plush seating. The gourmet kitchen is fully loaded, with a breakfast nook for early risers and a dining island for the crew.

Just off the main space, the primary suite, king, is pure comfort, with soft linens and a gorgeous, custom-tiled private bath. Two guest rooms, queen, open onto a private lakefront deck, perfect for sneaking away with a book (or a second, or third coffee).

Downstairs, two more guest rooms lead to another lakefront deck, giving everyone their own space to spread out. A stylish guest bath and laundry room complete the setup. Parking is available in the driveway, though the garage is off-limits for guests.

Need a break from the pool and the paddle boards? Hop on one of the five included bikes and cruise to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, or Seaside for a little shopping, snacking, and sightseeing.

This is a good stay for multiple families. Two things to note- the pool is COLD in the fall, so if you're there in october you may want to pay to have it heated. Also, the listing is advertised to sleep 11. My only complaint is that there is nowhere near enough seating in the living room even for half that number to watch tv/movies together. Otherwise, this is a great rental.

Great Family Vacation House

Our family had a great experience at Villa Del Lago! The location is perfect and the neighborhood’s private beach was amazing. Easy to ride bikes or drive to shops and restaurants on 30A. House comfortably fit our family of 7.

June 2019 Stay

We have had a wonderful time at Villa Del Lago! This beach house is beautiful and accommodated our family perfectly! Everyone at Oversee Rentals was so helpful and kind. I had a few questions and Kristen answered right away. My husband and I have been coming to the beaches on 30A for several years and we absolutely love this place! This year my grandma tagged along. Great memories!!

Great Property with Many Options for Activities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a great property with the private pier on the lake, pool, and easy beach access! Our days were full of kayaking, fishing, biking, swimming, and playing in the sand and surf! Our boys even caught a redfish and a black drum right off the pier one evening at sunset! The high porch is also an outstanding feature for hanging out and family time! Definitely recommend and would return!

We called and it was there within 20 minutes. The house was spacious and clean. The walk to the beach was quick and no crowds. The pool in the backyard was great to relax around when wanting a break from the beach. Exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary

Best of both worlds.......

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great area. The house overlooks the lake with trees all around, yet the beach is right around the corner. The house is nice and had more than enough room for our family of six. I loved having the pool as several aren’t really beach lovers. The dock headed to the lake needs to be replaced, has rotten boards and raised nails. It would be nice if it were a little larger where you could sit and look over the lake (the house next door had a built-in corner bench). The view from the upper and lower balcony is pretty and was a great place for morning coffee and eating. We grilled one night so it was nice to have that available. The restaurants were packed so we preferred to eat there. For the most part the house was clean and in good condition. There were a good many roaches (some dead, some alive) I’m sure in part due to the lake and trees, but not really welcoming in the towels. The furniture is a little worn and has stains. I would recommend leather since it would stay cleaner. The bikes were a great way to go to shops etc. in either direction on 30A. I would definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is ideal...just a short walk down a path to the beach. Beach is very private and not crowded. House had ample space and very clean. Pool was a great place to cool down after a hot day at the beach.As an owner of vacation rental properties (I have 2 on VRBO), I'm well aware of the pros and cons of owning/managing them. As rewarding as they can be, they can also be frustrating trying to please every guest. With that said, I have a few recommendations for this property. One, I would recommend a monthly pest control service to address the ant issue near the pool. It doesn't take long until they are on your ankles/feet. Second, I would invest in beach items for guests to use, specifically foldable beach chairs. The house had 3, but 2 of them were broken and unusable. One of my vacation properties is also on the beach and I know firsthand the frustration of having to replace broken/abused items but, to me, it's worth the expense to provide that level of service to guests.Overall, I would give this rental 5/5 stars. The 2 items I mentioned wouldn't deter me from renting this property again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay our only complaints were that the pool was not clean when we arrived and we had to call twice about getting it clean. It should have been sparkling when we arrived. Our other complaint the ceiling fans in the whole house need to be replaced. The ones in there are old and outdated and did not cool a room. For the amount of money charged at this property it should be updated and better stocked with towels etc. Location was great it would have been perfect if these two things could be addressed.

Refrigerator doesn't cool enough, mattress's through out the house are low quality for the rental price, house needs a deep cleaning around the kitchen area inside the cabinets especially had to call for someone to change out the AC filters came out and changed but left the AC inlet grill full of dust something you looked at every time you walked up the stairs,

The house was clean and had everything you needed—plenty of room for three families to stay and live comfortably. The pool was kept up and clean as well. The house's location was close to the beach, and the lake was just in the backyard with easy access. Also, the house location was centralized in between all the shops, restaurants, and other beaches. Having the place in the gated area felt safe and secluded. There is nothing I would change about the accommodations and the experience.
