Newly renovated cottage only a stroll to the beach

This immaculate beach house is located at Goose Rocks Beach in Kennebunkport Maine. You'll be delighted when you arrive at this tastefully decorated, three bedroom, two bath home that accommodate six guests. This home offers granite counter tops, hardwood/tile flooring throughout, plush mattresses with fine bedding and a beautifully furnished screened porch with cable TV.

Walk back and forth to the beach for a lunch break or a quick nap for the kids.We have a beach wagon to haul the gear! Start your day on the porch with a cup of coffee listening to the ocean or end your day with a cocktail and the ballgame on! Please note that during the peak summer months of July and August rentals run from Saturday to Saturday only.

Enjoy hours of family fun as the house is located just a five minute walk to the beach. Sun, surf, paddle board or kayak. The Goose Rocks Community House is around the corner offering tennis lessons and a children's camp (see GRBA for more details) Enjoy great restaurants and boutique shops in Dock Square.....a ten minute ride.

Our home also offers a large private yard, a screened in porch, and a long extended open back deck for activities or relaxing around the house.

This home is newly refurbished with all brand new appliances and furnishings. A true home away from home equipped with everything you need. Bring your flip flops and a good book, ready to enjoy!

Please note that the property is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday during the peak summer months of July and August.

Beach Dream House

Beautifully renovated and furnished beach cottage within a 15 minute walk of the most beautiful beach we have known and loved for 30 years. The walk is well worth it for the additional space and privacy that this location provides. We loved the screened-in porch where we could enjoy the outdoors (including the sound of the surf) without the annoyance of flying insects.

Summer vacation at GRB!

This is our second time staying at Serenity Now and we will be back! The screen porch every morning having our coffee was a perfect way to start the day before walking down to the beach. We even had a visitor, a beautiful deer in the backyard after dinner one night. Highly recommend this property!!

4th of July at Goose Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful time on our friendcation to GRB for the 4th of July! Serenity Now was the perfect location for our getaway. The kids (ages 1-5) loved the yard and we all LOVED the beach. The house was fully stocked, clean, and maintained with care. We had an amazing time and hope to be back again next year!

We loved staying at this cottage over July 4th. It was super clean and very modern/updated. We loved the screened in porch! It was a short walk to the beach and general store. Our kids loved the playground and activities at the GBA. We would love to come back again next year!
