Beautiful first floor sunny condo with heat, central air, fully applianced kitchen with granite counter tops, washer, dryer ,high speed internet ,43" UHD flat screen TV with live stream tv, DVD player and VCR. Sleeps 4 adults (one queen, one twin with trundle). Can sleep 2 additional on pull out sofa in living room. The resort offers outdoor pool along with heated indoor pool with jacuzzi, kids playground, fitness center with flat panel TV, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, clubhouse with Wifi, game room, and much more. Outdoor grilles and picnic areas are available. Linens , towels, beach towels, beach chairs , umbrella and toys provided. Brand new dishwasher and comfort height toilets in both baths. A restaurant and ice cream stand are adjacent to the resort (one minute walk). 1 mile to beautiful Goose Rocks Beach. Parking passes are available at the General Store (one mile from condo, across street from beach). 10 minutes from Dock Square, shopping and many fine restaurants. NON-SMOKING and NO PETS please. This condo is in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. Great place for a family vacation!

Perfect family getaway

This is our second time staying in Cheryl’s beautiful condo and we love it! It has absolutely everything we need for our 3-week stay, and we particularly appreciate all of the linens (sheets, towels, beach towels) being included. It is immaculately clean, well equipped, has comfortable beds, and a great living area perfect for gathering with friends on a rainy day. The outdoor pool and the clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub and pool table are huge hits with our family. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Summer vacations with friends. Perfect location close to everything. Small condo but with all you News. Ok for 4 when you spend most of the time outside. We would recommand more confortable beds for the second bedroom especially if you are 4 adults.

Cheryl was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful beach getaway. Check-in was a breeze. 2nd bathroom was super helpful to make all of us getting ready go faster. Not having to bring our own towels and linens was a huge plus too. Washer/dryer was another big bonus, but they can only handle small loads (ex: 2 beach towels). So if you have a family that goes through a lot of laundry like ours, plan on doing several small loads versus big ones. But overall we loved every aspect of the condo. Would definitely return. Thank you Cheryl!

Beautiful « homey » condo

Thank you so much Cheryl for sharing your fantastic condo with us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your homey, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated condo. We so appreciated the linens, towels, beach chairs and umbrella provided. Our teenage son loved hanging at the clubhouse with his friends in the evening, especially rainy evenings. Having fracture my ankle before the vacation, I particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool where I could be mobile and do some aqua therapy! We met many friendly families during our stay. We will be back for sure!

A wonderful stay!

Our host Cheryl was excellent with communication, from the booking forward, she made sure we had the information we needed. The unit was clean and comfortable for me and my husband and two elementary aged children. The central air conditioning works well, and the bedding and linens were comfortable, plenty of towels, and extra blankets. There were so many things to do at the complex we enjoyed basketball, tennis, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as air hocky and ping pong. There was a closet full of all the essential items for local entertainment - tennis and ping pong paddles and balls, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, and a basketball. We had ice cream from Gooserocks Creamery every night and we got a week pass for Gooserocks beach at the General Store less than a mile away. Overall a lovely stay!

Seaglass Village Cottage Review

It was a great place to stay, very clean and quiet. My husband and I used the indoor swimming pool and hot tub quite a bit and it was very nice. We drove into Kennebunkport which is quaint, and down to Goose Rocks Beach and walked the beach. I would certainly recommend this condo.

The Condo was nice, and the pool was a plus.This place was ten times better than the place -Vrbo put us with last year. Which was a below all expectations, would never go back there. This was just great, and Cheryl was extremely helpful. That is why were returning next year.

Perfect family condo!

We had a wonderful vacation at Cheryl’s condo! The condo has everything a family could need from comfy beds to beach toys — we really enjoyed our stay! Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. We used the sheets, towels, and beach towels, which made packing for the trip so much easier. We’ll definitely come back next year!

We love it here!

This is our second year at Cheryl’s condo. We are forming amazing memories here with our two young children who love Goose Rocks Beach and the pools at the resort, and of course the ice cream shop within walking distance! The condo is tastefully decorated, has everything we need and is always clean. We lost power for a couple of hours because of the heat wave this week and Cheryl sent her neighbor over to check on us and was extremely quick to respond to me and made sure we had everything we might need. Thanks for another wonderful stay!
