*COMPLEX & AREA INFORMATION: Blue Lupine #111 (formerly the Inn at Blue Mountain Beach or known as Blue Mountain Beach Condo) is the perfect spot to get away from it all. Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.
*AMENITIES: On site is an equipped fitness room, which has 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 cross-trainers/ellipticals, weight machines and free weights. High speed wireless internet access is available throughout the building. There is a community barbecue area with 2 gas grills and seating area on property. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and also require keypad gated access for privacy. Nestled between the 2 gated non-rental housing communities, we enjoy a very private and quiet beach. On site Security is provided through gated access into covered parking for one vehicle with outside parking for additional vehicles and gated access. All 48 units in the 4 story building open into a 50 ft high tropical atrium with interior plants, large skylight, with sofas and chairs throughout. Beach chairs and umbrellas as well as paddle boards and kayaks are available on site in high season and can be arranged off season. We also provide our guests with six beach chairs and beach toys in box stored on the balcony. Bike rentals are also available right around the corner.
*Tents & canopies are not allowed on the beach, smaller sun shades for infants are permitted. This is to allow ample room for our owners & guests to enjoy our private beach
