If you are looking for the best of the best, this is it!! Top floor, spacious, beautiful unit in private beachfront building. This is an east facing 4th floor 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit with partial gulf view. The open floor plan in addition to the spacious balcony allows for easy entertaining and space for family & friends.

*AREA INFORMATION: Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and even a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.

*Tents & canopies are not allowed on the beach, smaller sun shades for infants are permitted. This is to allow ample room for our owners & guests to enjoy our private beach

*Please note there is a strict NO PET policy that is checked and enforced by security.

*MANAGEMENT: This condo is managed by Ashley with Prime South Properties, our full service LOCAL property manager that is available to assist you in every aspect of your stay with us.

The condo was fabulous I highly recommend!!!

We were there right after thanksgiving although it was a short stay it was awesome. The condo had everything we needed and it had a nice view of the ocean. We love that area and will be back I hope soon!

Lovely relaxing condo at well maintained building

We enjoyed our stay very much with 2 seniors, 2 parents, and 2 young kids. The ability to bounce between the beach and pool with ease was awesome for our mixed group. The unit was clean and well appointed. Recommend!

We had the most amazing time at your beautiful condo!!! Our 5 nights went by far too quickly! Beautiful Beach and Condo

The property was right on the beautiful Blue Mountain Beach and the condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We did experience a couple of rainy days which was the only downer of our vacation. Special thanks to Ashley the property manager, she was very helpful and kind.

So clean, and fresh. Recently updated with new floors, appliances, counters. We loved the location and easy access to pool and beach. Keyless entry to everything made the check in and check out procedure so easy and convenient. Unit was well stocked with everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!!

bluest water ever

Super clean! The view from the balcony was perfect. Actually prefer to not be right on the ocean view as you would be over the pool and could be noisy. Everything looked brand new. I would recommend a vacuum cleaner be available as we were there for a month can the rugs could have used it. We had such a nice time and loved exploring the area and all the state parks and different beaches.

Lovely Spring Break Getaway

Lovely stay at this clean, updated and well situated property. It had everything we needed with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for the cooking we did. A lovely deck to enjoy a cup of coffee. And a nice exercise room for the rainy day. There was under cover parking for our vehicle. The beach had beach service with chairs and umbrellas. We were thankful the beach wasn’t as packed as a previous property we had stayed in another community before. There was also some great local restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Best Beach stay ever!

Ok. Just an amazing experience for my family and my son's 2 best buds. Secured building with security who were on top of it. Sean and John were awesome at making sure everything was safe and respected. Go out of your condo, down the elevator across the pool deck and you are on the beach. Perfect. Peter at Excel always had it all set up so well. So centrally located and close to everything we love. Thanks th Ashley for great communication! Will totally do this spot again next year!
